All I simply wanted to do was get some sugar and creamer and mix my coffee to my own liking; but apparently that's not allowed. The person who took my order said we do it for you and I told him I don't want you to do it I want to mix my own coffee and he repeated it again and I had to repeat it again. Then he said "we'll just put it on the side", with a snide and sarcastic attitude. Then watching my coffee sit up on the counter for 5 minutes after they put it in a cup, they called my name and I asked the girl, "why didn't you call my name 5 minutes ago when you put this up here it's been sitting here?". Her answer was a sarcastic okaaayy... and walked away. To many who may read this, it made seem ridiculous or snobbish even on my part. I assure you that I am far from any of those but this post stands as a initial digging of the heels in the ground to stop putting up with this type of garbage. This now has become the norm when it comes to customer service after this Global health issue where now it's an excuse to take away all of your individualism and allow other people to do things for you that are personal and you want done yourself. The fact that I had to sit there and ask and tell somebody three times that I want to mix my own coffee is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. The people that work at this place are rude and will never get a penny of my money ever again. I'm tired of this type of attitude when I go somewhere and expected to pay double to be lambasted and shamed and look down their nose upon for simply doing things that we've always done ourselves. tl;dr Starbucks poor service attitude and rude remarks for simply wanting to mix my own coffee. Snide sarcastic employees that believe it's their duty to browbeat or shame you for simply doing something that you've always done and I'm tired of it.
This Starbucks was very fast and efficient. I appreciate how they made sure my order was correct and how courteous they were. The outdoor seating is great as well with the beach right in sight. Will definitely come back again!
Protest going on outside talking about Starbucks contributing 3.5 million tons of carbon into the earth through dairy milk and charging customer extra for choosing environmentally friendly options.
Ordered a soy vanilla latte and got hit with an extra fee. Businesses that marginalize those who choose plant-based for their health or the prevent cruelty to animals should not be punishes.
Super nice and helpful team working Thursday night (1/13/22). I ordered something that I get all the time in California but was discontinued in Hawaii a long time ago, or we thought. Turns out it's name was changed and after a few minutes we figured out the new name. The drinks were delicious.

The first three days had exceptional service and quality. The next day was different. Every morning, we ordered the same thing - two specialized coffees, three bacon, egg, and cheese croissants, and one with only sausage and cheese. Once we got to the room, we found two bacon, egg, and cheese croissants - not three - and egg on the sausage one. Should have checked downstairs. But really should never have to check.

Just another $tarBuckies serving all the regulars. Good crew here gets the order right the first time and mobile orders are usually ready waiting when I arrive. Do wish they had a better solution than dissolving collapsing straws that bend in half if you try to stir your drink. Convenience and potable coffee is the main attraction.
