The service was terrible. She made me wait for about more than 30 mins because she was talking stories with a friend. Then it was my turn she didn’t even say thank you for waiting or sorry about that, and she didn’t even say thank you after she gave me my change.Btw, she’s pregnant and she’s a cashier!
cashier was nice and the store seems very clean .i ordered a iced white mocha with . generally you would get whipped cream with a dome lid with it but my server forgot the whipped cream and when i asked about it all he did was put a little bit and used a flat top definitely not what i thought i was getting and also i was in a rush so i wasn’t able to dwell on the details.
Best Starbucks on this side of town, just wish they were open later!

They always get my drinks wrong and when I ask them to please correct the drink that is ($8) I get major attitude.
Come here everyday and get a drink because it’s within walking distance of my house and every day there is an issue no matter how I change my order to make it easier there is always an issue. I called corporate got a refund and told them about the issues however does not seem to be solved. Two weekends ago I came and got me and my husband coffee both ordered with Carmel drizzle both stickers said Carmel drizzle get home and realize there is no Carmel drizzle on either. Change my drink to a pumpkin cream cold brew oh wait they are out of pumpkin change my drink to a pink drink oh no they are out of pink drink ? it’s a joke at this point
I love this store just cause itssuper convenient. I have been waiting for a starbucks store inside the NEX Mall and voila! I come here every morning and afternoon after dropping off and picking up my kids to school to get my espresso shots. My reason for 3 stars is because all tables inside the store are not wiped down every single time I go there. You'll see watermarks from cups and coffee spills but the sign is flipped to "table has been sanitize and clened", obviously not though. The area where the trash bin is the same, marks of drinks spills everywhere. Also, there is no hand sanitizer anywhere. Napkins are also not available for the most time. I'm just saying, there will be downtime when there's no costumers; please use it wisely.
Poor Management. Out of staple flavors/products! Hazelnut, really!!! Workers were very nice, apologetic.
