I’ve always had a great experience with the Waikiki Reserve but today was especially good. Although it was crazy busy, Laura at cashier was extremely friendly and helped me find a good drink for me by taking her time to go over the menu and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Best location with helpful and respectful staffs for sure.

I had read about this place before arriving in Waikiki, so I was interested to visit. It’s not as large as I expected. It serves different blends of coffee from the standard Starbucks (alongside the standard of course), there isn’t a lot of seating inside and to be honest it just felt like another Starbucks.
Store charged $.80 for non dairy alternative. Protested this corrupt policy. It’s wrong to marginalize customers with lactose intolerance.
Great selection of reserved coffees and blends. I do wish the overall experience would have been faster, but the staff was very friendly! The drinks came out hot and we’re made exactly as we asked for them. The overall time could have been much shorter. Great decor, good selection of mugs, apparel and drinks. Would give them a second go!
Nice workers! Ordered the white chocolate mocha reserve. Not sure what the difference was hahaha. But it was good.
I travel a lot for work and one of my standards is to find a Starbucks for coffee every morning. I find that they are pretty consistent nationwide which makes things easy for me. Luckily, I found that the one down the street from my hotel is a Starbucks Reserve, so that was a bigger plus.Basically, you can have a standard coffee or you can have the higher-end reserve roasts which I definitely prefer. You can also order ahead with mobile ordering.
Friendly staff and the Clover coffees is definitely a must try, and wish there were more variety of reserve coffee for Clover.

This Starbucks does not follow any of the normal Starbucks customer service standards. Jack the cashier hates his job hates coffee and hates you he is so grumpy and miserable I feel like I’m bothering a stranger every time I order he seems so mad and annoyed. The young male staff cherry pick easy drinks and do them first with no thought about actual order of customers they make it so obvious that multiple people have to ask when their drink is coming because other people got theirs first who came after. The staff seem disorganized and don’t have any system or management leading them. I’ve been to many Starbucks and they all move like a machine they all have an obvious system they are clean and organized and this location is run like an independent coffee shop that just so happens to have a brand.
