Amazingly fresh and robust flavors, the best Indian food I’ve had so far. Public parking is available although hidden and a little small it’s definitely worth it. The drinks were so vivid in its flavor, I love mango!
I went here last night for a last minute date night! They were very accommodating and nice! We ordered a couple dishes & everything was excellent! It was definitely the best garlic naan bread I’ve ever had! I’m so happy we found this place & we’ll definitely be back soon!?
Super delicious, great, friendly service, clean and socially distanced dining inside! There was a huge line outside the first time we drove by (we thought it was people waiting for the bus!). Came -early- the next night - it was worth it!
Pretty good. I need to go back to try more things. Many items on the menu were unavailable with taped over labels, so maybe they don't make them anymore.I'm a big fan of spicy food but the chicken vindaloo was a touch spicy if you're eating just that.
Love love love. I've had a lot of Indian food with my colleagues for the past 4 years. And I thought I have had it all since my employer had a big Indian headquarters. But I was wrong. This is the BEST Indian food I've ever had!!! So happy and so lucky to have stumbled upon this place on our way to the airport!!! Really recommend the lasuni Gobi, the mulligatawny soup, pahadi mint chicken
We went here for dinner and it had 30mins waiting. Seating is limited so you can expect waiting for sometime. The food does make up for it. We ordered Mattar Paneer, tandoori roti, garlic naan, chicken Tikka masala, samosa chat, and mango Lassi. The taste of every single item was really good. We didn't expect to find good Indian food but was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend going to this place if you are looking for Indian cuisine. It's authentic and so delicious. I would expect to such food and flavors in india.
Service was so wonderful, everyone always checking back with you. The food was great and such a great selection. I ate so much I missed dessert. Maybe start with that first.
Spice up is a cozy spot, we got there at 5 when it opened as they don't take reservations and we heard they definitely get busy. The staff promptly checked our vax cards and IDs and our group of 5 was seated right away. It had a very homey feel, the lines were a heavy material that you would have used in the old days so you could smell the old world charm haha. The decor was indian charm as well. The menu had just the right amount to choose from as well. The staff was masked up and safe and took our order fairly quick, our food came out within reason and looked and smelled delicious. Really the one and only compliant was my med rare lamb was a little over cooked but not destroyed. Oh yeah and the lamb cubes were a bit big and with the butter knife they give you it was hard to cut but other than that everyone had a good meal. We would definitely visit again.
Tasty and Quality food! We arrived at the closing time around 1:30 pm, had to order a takeout. Their Naans are amazing. I never thought I would find such a good place for Indian food in Honolulu. Highly recommend giving it a try. You will not be disappointed.
