IDK if it was a bad day on School Street but the Shimazu Store shave ice was not it's usual top tier; it was more like snow cone ice. If it doesn't live up to expectations with a future 2nd chance try, it's back to Matsumoto's or Waiola Store

The service wasn't that great. A little more expensive than other shaved ice places. Parking is scarce as well.
Shave ice, so many flavors to choose from. I like mine with ice cream and sweet red beans at the bottom.
