Not the greatest tacos I’ve ever tasted. They were generously filled but still lacked flavour. The girl taking the order and the one making the tacos had some attitude which was totally not “aloha” vibes ☹️
California burrito was LEGIT. Definitely worth the money. Their birria quesadilla was pretty good too. Their salsa is what made it.
I'm a Mexican therefore I was looking for different food options, but one will never forget their roots, so I want it to drink some horchata and definitely I was no disappointed at all. It was perfect, so yummy and even with that canela taste. If you want to taste a refreshing drink do not doubt and try it! Thank you for get me closer to Mexico being that far away.
The birria tacos are great nt this time I could tell that the tacos were pre-made and not made freshly. A little disappointed but next time I eat there I will ask them to make it fresh. I understand that it is very crowded here especially on the weekends but don’t substitute the fresh birria tacos for ones that have been pre- made and set on the side for someone to order. NEEDS TO BE FRESH !
Bit pricey for what you get, but the flavours in the Birria tacos were ??
This has to be the best Mexican food on the island. It was really decent and all the flavor was there. Might not be East LA standards but really close given the ingredients they have to work with. Would get this again in a heartbeat.
In hawaii great Mexican food is really hard to find. But for a place that's in the food court at the mall I must say it's good all details down from good salsa to good Verde sauce. I love California burritos and they have one that is so ono and large. You will be wanted to take a nap after your done. Take a moment to give it a try and let me know how you like it. But please don't compare to San Diego Cali burrito... thats just not fair.
Really good burrito. Great chicken, good servings.
Extremely disappointing, I ordered a taco/chimichanga plate. The taco looked like a jack in the box taco, the chimichanga filling was refried beans and meat, which is not what the filling of a chimichanga. The rice was flavorless and mushy, the beans were alright. For a plate that’s 21 dollars, you’re better off going to Taco Bell because at least you know it’s fake Mexican food.
The food was good but when I say birria quesadillas 3 times and drive home to find out I got tacos instead?!.. I'm bothered. Check your receipt (if they give you one) and check your food before you go.
