The service was mixed on great and meh. Not sure which lady was supposed to be our server, but one that wasn’t was the best of them all. Wish I had gotten her name but I told her that she was amazing as we left. The food was interesting. Bone marrow: amazing! Fried pork chop- hard no, the pork was cooked or marinated with soy which isn’t mentioned in the menu & I am allergic to, so one bite and I had to nope out. Husband also got the pork chop over pasta, so I ended up sharing his pasta. He enjoyed the meal fully. Drinks were great. Server #1 asked if we liked them but didn’t ask if we wanted more though they were almost gone. The server we really liked noticed me looking for our server and stopped to check on us. I would go back for the drinks and the marrow though, they were that good.

We usually love Scratch and took friends with us this time. Drinks took forever. We had our small plates and still no drinks. The worst part was our entrees. One plate came out and it sat for 15 minutes until the 2nd plate came out and another 10 min for 3rd plate and waiter didn’t seem to know where our 4th guests plate was. So my good was completely cold by the time we could all actually dig in and eat together. Food was outstanding as usual but more than 30 minutes to get all 4 dishes out??? We were embarrassed as we ate cold entrees with guests whom we had invited to dinner. How hard is it to get 4 plates on the table at the same time?

The service was a poor. The food was not good at all!

Wonderful service, portion sizes were tiny for full appetizer price

From the initial welcome to the final mahalo, this place is magic. The bread pudding was sublime.

Cannot say enough amazing things about this spot! Worth the wait and they definitely got us in faster than their 40 min estimate. Great bloody Marys, spectacular chicken and waffles, blended frozen lemonade madey daughters day... she's still talking about it 10 hrs later!

Hidden on an exterior of a shopping mall, this is a far cry from the bustle of Waikiki if you’re willing to make the trip. Even though their focus seems to be brunch, their dinner entrees were excellent and there is plenty to choose from bar wise. It was late on a Sunday but we did not feel rushed. Try the breakfast themed desserts for something different.

The French toast!!! My husband & 13 year old love French toast. They said it was the best they have ever had! Modern decor, family friendly. All our food was delicious. My 81 year old mother who rarely finishes her food, left an empty plate. She loved the grits.

Service was great!!! It was a team effort and they all showed they cared!! Drinks are tasty! The bone marrow was the best item we got out of the three times we shared! I will be back Thank you for not rushing us while my friend and I were catching up after not seeing each other for 6 years.

AWFUL service!!! What was supposed to be a nice going away dinner was ruined by one single server! We recommended and made reservations for our daughter and her friends. He NEVER checked up on their party BUT checked up on the table next to them four times. Food took close to an hour and never gave them an update. Just ignored them entirely. She was texting me the whole time she was there and how upset everyone was. HORRIBLE! We are regulars and I will never be coming back here or recommending.
