This place is quite the hidden gem, with a delicious menu and generous portion of food.My husband had the Garlic Shrimp plate and I had the Aloha Poke…we inhaled both so quick.We really wanted to eat here one last time before we left, but the business hours do not match up with what Google stated =[When I am back in Waikiki; I will definitely be revisiting Sam’s Kitchen again.
The food was great and came out fast. The staff is very pleasant! the shrimp was cooked good and they have a few flavors. The potato Mac salad is bomb! But my absolute favorite is the guava juice! Definitely get the guava juice!
OMG the most delicious shrimp I've ever tasted, delicious, good size. the meat ended up half red at its delicious point, it is worth it, the pineapple ice tea is great recommended
Really popular food stand in the heart of Waikiki. This place was so good I came back for some more garlic shrimp and their NY sirloin. You can customize your box to have a salad, rice or macaroni salad. The shrimp and sirloin were seasoned perfectly with plenty of garlic. Packed with plenty of flavor the steak was cooked perfectly and reminded me of Vietnamese shaky beef. Value wise you get a lot of food. They stuff each box with so much of the entree and sides. Staff here is really friendly as well. Even late into the evening our food came out really quickly. They have seating in the back and front with cool graffiti on the walls. I'll definitely be back to try their fresh tuna dishes.
Large Garlic shrimp was very tasty and the Teriyaki Chicken was good too. We ordered the rice plate, green salad and potato salad combo, a little pricey but this is Waikiki. Krista was our cashier and hostess, she is very warm and friendly. She apologized profusely for the ice machine being out of order but that was ok with us. She even offered a refill for us before we left.

We had a couple of meals here during our time in Waikiki. Great shrimp and wonderful to eat outside in their little picnic area. Highly recommend the Spicy Garlic sauce and make your meal "Da Plate"! Great food and reasonable prices (for Waikiki).
I really enjoyed the fried tofu with pineapple teriyaki sauce over rice, the maitre'd kept things flowing for quick service. the relaxed and casual atmosphere made for a no hassle good and reasonably priced meal in Waikiki.
Kids ordered steak and rice, mama ordered shrimp. Filling and both kids really enjoyed the steak they ate it all up. The older guy server was super nice and yeah didn't wait long either.
Friendly staff, awesome service and Oh, My, Gosh, the FOOD! I recommend the shrimp in the spicy garlic/teriyaki sauce which was the daily special sauce when we went. AMAZING!!!
