Host was super pleasant and sat us right away. Food and drinks were great. Spicy shrimp wasnât spicy though. But easily fixed with crushed chilis. Drinks were good as well.

Jeremy was fantastic. He was there when we needed him but other than that he gave us time to socialize with each other. The food was delicious n we had a portion to take home for dinner. ð
Cami, our waitress, took good care of us even tho the restaurant was busy busy. Food was excellent as usual.

When we first walked in (with reservations ) the host seemed irritated or bothered. Not a smile on his face. Just sat us down. Got no response even when I said âthank you.â HOWEVER, with that being said, our waiter Chris definitely made up for it. He was so polite and courteous. Kept coming back to see if we were okay. Great customer service on his part.
Initial greeting was prompt and very friendly. Server was outstanding. As always, food was delicious. As we left, "thank you" was authentic. Mahalo, Ruscello, for being the best restaurant at Ala Moana Shopping Center, even though you discontinued the poke dish.
This entire experience was flawless, starting from making our reservation until the end of our meal. It was easy to make a reservation, made it on the way to the restaurant, checked in with no issues, and the service did not disappoint. Our server was very polite and attentive. We got our food quickly, refills came promptly without asking, and the food tasted great. Would definitely go back and recommend.
We had the chefâs special salad of the day and French Dip sandwiches. The salad with candied berries, slivered almonds and goat cheese was sensational. The sandwich was good, not great. Would have preferred medium rare roast beef, and more of it. The au jus was very good and the French fries were great. The service was excellent. Would definitely go back.
