Beautiful view for dinner. The burger and fries were delicious. Friend had the grilled cheese, it was good but not the best. The french fries are a must.

The drinks are price, but they give you what you pay for. The drinks are amazing.Their bar tenders are really nice as well: Bart, Rob, and our fav was Bobbie. See the attached pic. Bobbie looks like the old man from Squid Games. My drink: dirty filthy martiniWife's drink: Mai TaiBEAWAREThere's a server there, beware of her... I don't remember her name, but when you ask for the cheque she says "oh just give me your card, it'll be faster". Don't do that. Ask her for the itemized bill otherwise she'll add on a few more itme to increase the bill which then forces you to leave a bigger tip.

Tried first night in motel. Food was ok. Placed a lunch order several days later. Went to pickup and they said try the bar by the water. The other bar did not have the order. Now my room will be charged and no one has the food. What to eat? Look elsewhere

I would have given the Rum Fire 5 stars but I believe when you spend your money service is everything. When we initially got there the host was great . He seated outside and we were able to view the oceanfront and it was lovely. Then this happened, we got the nastiest waitress, she was very condescending and rude. It was so bad that we had to ask to go to the bar. She immediately said let me transfer your tab and that’s when it turned around. We got Bobby and he was phenomenal. We are celebrating our anniversary he bought us a Matlin dip and it was delicious. The Long Island he made me put me on my butt. He was very gracious and told us all about places we could visit while we were here. Bobby deserves a raise. He was actually recommended to us from someone else and believe me when I say this, he is the best and so very nice. There was also another young with him but I didn’t get her name and she was very personable as well. This experience went from sh— to sugar. I love the atmosphere and the bartenders. A great place to visit and sit at the bar. Bobby is your guy if you ever go to the Rum Fire.

We decided to eat here on a whim as wee were walking through the Sheraton looking at the scenery. Great staff, food was delicious, price was reasonable. We would definitely return for another meal.

RumFire at the Sheraton Waikiki was not a spark more like a slow sizzle. If the food is going to be overpriced at least be tasty. I had the Japanese fried chicken and seasoned fries. My mom had the fish tacos. Neither meals were tasty. The fish tacos were very fishy and the Japanese fried chicken had no taste, didn't taste like chicken, and the outer crust was soggy. Even the seasoned fries were not seasoned. However, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, great social gathering place. Food ? - Atmosphere ?.

Great atmosphere, food, and drinks!!!!

Great food. Great service Carlos.......and a must do when here.

I finally made it to Rum Fire after all my visits to Waikiki. First of all Ben makes you feel right at home with is welcoming smile ? His many years of experience direct you to a dining experience you deserve. Tonight I ordered New York steak which was AMAZING! The view of Waikiki Bay and sunsets are the best! Mahalo Ben?

Great romantic place at night, great ambience. Little pricey for what you would expect for eating at a hotel restaurant. Okay for our first night tired and getting of a All day flight. Hamburger was very good. Live entertainment was on point. Very nice. Rumfire signature Mai Tai..
