The employees seem burnt out on customer service. They greet customers in a rude manner. I didn’t see any hateful or ridiculous customers but the employees proceeded to role there eyes and make nasty faces after the customer had turned there back. Once the customer stepped out they proceeded to talk about the customer. The experience I had and witnessing their behavior really bothered me and I will never eat at another round table.
Ordering was easy, the guy was not answering the phone and getting the in house people first. The pizza was ok but not worth the money. More if a thin crust with no fat ends.
The pizza is good, but don’t waste your money on the boneless wings. Worse than Tyson chicken in the freezer section and the celery they gave us is at least a week old. Really disappointed that I paid a premium for that experience.
Overpriced (large pizza with one drink and one sauce $40 USD). Pizza was okay, not the best but it’s near our hotel. There was hair on top of the pizza which was unappetizing. The toppings are better than the dough.
The pizza is really good, but the place stinks inside. I don't know if it's their dirty carpet (who puts a carpet in a restaurant?!), or their dirty A/C vents, or a humidity problem with their A/C, or mold spores floating around, who knows, but you can smell the stench the moment you enter the establishment. It fades away as you get used to it after 15 minutes or so but it's still there and you can't deny its existence. My next order will be takeout, not dine-in. Hopefully they'll take care of the issue so other Hilton guests don't have to experience this. Thank you in advance.
I LOVED their pizza. We ended up getting pizza 3 times during our entire stay. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The pizza was so good. All of the toppings tasted fresh and they just load up the pizzas. I am going to miss their pizza going home.
Pizza was good- the garlic cheese sticks were not. Bland and not done. Were seated right by the door with people lined to do take out. The ladies restroom stunk and was dirty.
If you are looking for an average restaurant with good food and reasonable prices, here is the place. Is Hawaii and could be a good option if you are in the Hilton hotel (where sometimes the food is bad)
We ordered delivery when we stayed at the Hawaii Prince. - my favorite place to stay in Waikiki. The pizza was very good and the salad was perfect.
Picked up pizza to go! You HAVE to get the Mauiwowie pizza. Delicious. This place is a little confusing to find. Enter on the first floor mall area. The place was busy and hectic due to the COVID protocols. Not we’ll organized at all. But, the pizza was very good! Would highly recommend!
