Great food, solid service and outside of Waikiki. Reasonably priced (for Honolulu) with a huge selection of Spanish or Italian entree’s. Lots of local patrons!

Far exceeded already high expectations. The wait staff is kind and courteous and made sure we had a good experience. The tapas were incredible and the fresh spaghetti noodles were perfect. You gotta try their Italian cake dessert thing, I’ve never had anything like it. It was incredible. If I lived here I’d go back often. The caponata was wayyy better than expected, my favorite thing that we had. The flavors were so complex, fresh, rich, and savory. The melanzane was fantastic, we scraped the dish clean with our garlic bread, which my wife said was the best garlic bread she’d ever had.The carbonara was very good.As stated earlier, the chocolate cassata is to die for, you must get it if you come.In addition, we had some dietary needs that they gladly accommodated and even made suggestions for. 10/10 staff and food and vibe and everything. If you’re reading this, just go eat there, you will thank me.

Rigo is a fantastic respite, if you are looking for a break from Hawaiian food while visiting Waikiki. Everything we ordered was delicious. I recommend coming with a large group so you can sample more from the menu.My personal favorites were the Paella Negra and Vongole. We stuck to mostly appetizers and didn't try any of the main dish meats. They had a great $30 wine menu. And overall prices are very reasonable!

Surprisingly wonderful blend of Japanese+Spanish+Italian culture, cuisine & fareThere is a small parking lot on the ocean side of the restaurant where you can enter from Mokihana StreetAnd exit onto KapahuluThe service here has consistently been 5 star incredible from before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and now as things slowly open back up??The design of the restaurant seating allows for bar seating, lounge seating, table seating and booth seating depending on the experience you want.Every dish I've tried here has been very thoughtfully designed - flavor and presentationI would highly recommend trying as many dishes as possible and using share plates .The Crostini & Caprese appetizers are delightful. The pizza here is light, delicious and the wood fired dough/crust is perfect. I would highly recommend the Margherita & Prosciutto Pizzas and the Bolognese pasta.Love, love this place !

I have birthday dinner here but they didn't give me any birthday cake and service is okay... The portion is small.I love the Paella Negra (squid ink) so much.Ortolana pizza was too thin and very soft and the ingredients on the pizza fell off easily, it was hard to eat. It needs more crispy or little more thicker. The pasta noodles are very fresh. The mocktail Lemonade was okay. Mostly in the glass was ice cubes and that was only one sip, disappointed.

Great atmosphere we sat at the bar because we didn’t have reservations but the bartender was great. Had a few drinks and we shared the plates. Not huge portions but leaves enough room for dessert. Both the pasta and the pizza tasted great. It’s made from scratch there so that’s a plus.

If you are wanting a meal off the strip and want to escape burgers and chicken wings, this is the place. Food was fantastic and presentation impeccable. Service very good also. Very luck to have stumbled across it after the visit to Lenards bakery.

Super happy with our experience here. Easily the best priced wine list in Honolulu/Waikiki. Have a little, or a lot. The mains definitely looked like family style portions, and a couple can get away with 6-10 tapas plates. There is a lot of variety! I do think that the papaya crostini is one of my favorites, and the ‘tacos’ are a must try!

Amazing small plates restaurant. The food is fantastic and the people are nice. We had so much fun in the bustling atmosphere. One recommendation is that if you don't want your big plates to come out on top of the little plates you need to ask them otherwise everything is rushed out at once which is a bit stressful.

Well, this place is amazing. Having lived here in Hawaiʻi for years I hesitate to rate because I don’t want it to get CRAZY busy!! But I couldn’t help but do it… every single thing I ate here was amazing. And reasonably priced. They have a $29.50 bottle wine list which helped me imbibe virtually guilt free. The pulpa. Ohhhh the pulpa. Whatever your feelings are on seafood/tako/octopus… just GET THE PULPA!Loved loved my carbonaro with fried mushrooms. The arrabbiata has a lovely chili-spicy flavor. Loved the “Spanish creme brûlée” crema catalana. Think a less-sweet crème brûlée but with all the smoothness of the custard and the crunchiness of the top!Truly delicious and enjoyable meal all around.DONT go here because I want a table here all the time.
