Food was great, my recommendations is add a little bacon with the chicken. protion sizes are massive.Bottle drinks sodas, and water are only drinks available.
We went here for lunch and this Ramen Ya (Valkenburgh) location is not the best Ramen Ya in Oahu. First, the tiny Asian server is so rude to us, didnt even greet us or say thank you or anything, I think she needs a good customer service training. Second, I asked for a cup of iced water (tap) and she told me that they don't serve free iced water and we have to buy a bottled water which she told me $2 each. Also, if you will buy soda, it's not free refills and they are charging us $2.99 per can. Lastly, we have some left overs and we asked for a to go container and they are charging us 30 cents per container..ridiculous!!We went to Ramen Ya in Pearl City and the service was so different from this one!! The Pearl City location, they don't charge for to go containers, they have free iced water and soda refills, and they have the best customer service!!
Tasty and reasonably priced food. Portions are large. I could barely finish half of the plate despite the good taste.
Customer service is terrible. Their food doesn't make for up it so if you're nearby looking for a bite to eat, then unless you'd like to get treated not like a customer but like a prisoner in solitary confinement, I'd argue you go elsewhere.
Super tasty Ramen! Went back two days in a row and brought co-workers. They loved it too!
Dismissive and inattentive customer service, pork was cold and chewy, egg was overcooked and bland, noodles were mostly ok. It was as if they had prepared all their food 3 days ago and served it to me today by throwing it together. I won't eat here again.
The ramen here isn't too bad. But when you're hungry, you would eat anything. Yours truly @fooderarri
Noodle were good. There was no depth of flavor to anything else. Servers weren't hospitable. I felt like I was inconveniencing them.
Great service and food came out quick. Great portions. Up to date on Covid mandates and signs posted on doors on what is needed to dine in. Also prepared for contact tracing.
Good food really fast. A lot of food for your money if you get the combos , friendly nice staff.
