Got the Sterling Roast. The meat was perfectly cook. The potatoes with caramelized onion was a nice sweet factor to the dish. The mixed veggies was nicely cooked and still crispy. The au jus and creamy horse radish ties everything together. Only knock was, being a local boy, no more rice ?. Would have been a 4 1/2 stars, but I rounded up ???

Everyone is very nice,food is amazing... it's cost a little more but it's worth every penny ♥
The food and service was fantastic. The employees were very nice. A cook came out and gave us free samples and asked if the food was satisfactory (100% it was). The only issue was the price for a cold brew. $7.75 was 12oz. cup is very steep. It was delicious not worth the price. The prime rib panini was delicious .
