Sauce is hardly on the nuggets and there’s no marinara sauce on the pizza.
Ordered a couple pizzas, wings and breadsticks...Unfortunately the pizzas were actually pretty bad... the crust was like hard cardboard and the pepperoni pizza was actually almost rancid tasting....Wings and breadsticks were ok therefore 2 star.Was pretty bummed after spending 45 bucks.
We ordered three items. The item that disappointed us the most was the pizza, it seemed like the middle was smashed with something like a bowl that spread all the cheese, sauce and pepperonis to the side before being baked. The middle also was hard. Quality check of pizzas should be done, but this one seemed to have slipped through.
Always fast friendly and efficient. They know how to make my custom order all the time. If my family is craving pizza this is the only place we go
I was quoted 50-60 minutes for the order delivery. Approx 1 hour after I placed the order, I received and text that my order was out for deliver. I live very close to the store location so I went downstairs to wait for the food which took another 45 minutes to be delivered. I was not able to call the store as Pizza Hut Hawaii only has a central number which only played a recording of offers and had no way to connect to the store to inquire about my order. When the order finally arrived (1 hour and 45 min after ordering), I asked what had taken so long and was told by the driver that he had taken 3 orders at once and that I was the last one -GREAT!! The food was warm at best. I do not appreciate a false time expectation and would like someone to talk to when I have a concern. I felt like canceling my order at the time, but could not get in touch with anyone and had already paid so I felt like I had no options. I feel like I should be given my money back as I was promised things that I never received, the product quality and the time.
Just wanted to say, usually good service, but on this order; forgot the breadsticks that go with the pasta. a simple mistake, I am more interested in how this survey will compensate a simple mistake.
Although the pizza was okay, it was very sparse. The marinara sauce was barely there and the other ingredients were also spread out very thinly. We have previously ordered from this location and it was better before.
Order experience, preparation time and curbside pickup were all great. It was the pizza that disappointed.The Detroit style pizza was not what I envisioned or was expecting. Neither was it anything like what you show pictured in your ads. I expected and was anticipating a well cooked crust with cheese to the edge with a toasty caramelized edge all around. What was received was more of a standard pan pizza crust that was slightly under cooked and a little "doughy". Disappointing. The next day I warmed up some left over slices in a frying pan with butter. Made the bottom slightly crunchy. It was 10 times better.
Better communication if order will be late. I had to wait almost half an hour after the app said my pizza was ready. Replace items when dropped by staff right in front of you! Staff member dropped my breadsticks and when i got home i discovered the sauce container had broken and sauce was spilled in my trunk.
It was much easier to order online this time. The website definitely has improved as far as ease of navigating it.
