Fantastic upscaled Fusion Vietnamese cuisine in a casual setting. Servers were all great, food for the most part was excellent . The "cheese dumplings" were a tad underwhelming - just gyoza which, after being steamed, are pan fried in cheese until the cheese burns - but everything else was incredibly delicious (it's so hard to get uni pasta where I'm from!) and I would recommend this spot wholeheartedly.

The ahi toast was good and the tea salad was very unique. The pho, banh mi, and cheese dumplings were alright.

Piggy Smalls is a nice Vietnamese fusion place right in the mall. It was great that there was free parking close by, a rarity in Honolulu. We had the Le fried chicken wings, Burmese tea salad, ahi toast, vegan pho, pho French dip bahn mi, and bo ca ri ga (beef brisket stew). The chicken wings were crispy and tasty with a delicious sauce. I've never had tea salad that didn't have tea leaves in it but it was still pretty good although it didn't have the flavor balance or crispness of a traditional Burmese tea salad. I really enjoyed the ahi toast, the garlic pickle was excellent, I only wish it was a little bigger as it felt like an appetizer even though it was coupled with the other mains. The bahn mi was pretty good but lacked the quick pickles and egg butter that I associate with a bahn mi. It was good but not what I expected which left me a little disappointed. Finally, the bo ca ri ga was a beef brisket stew with carrots and potatoes with egg noodles and it was nicely seasoned broth with a light curry flavor. It was a little heavy in feel but still delicious although I wish it was a little more spicy. Overall it was good but I don't know that I would go out of my way to go here.

Invited by a friend and his family for dinner. It was a set manu for total of eight course meal. The waiter told us the table was not ready for us with most polite manner and voice! We(total of 17 of us) was seated at the outside booth! All the dishes from the starter to desert was wonderful and tasty! Also the portions are big and well seated! We have nothing to complain but praise.

Creative Vietnamese food served in a relaxed upbeat setting. The food overall was good, the service friendly, the atmosphere jubilant but were there some misses, yeah. The hash browns with salmon were good, I really enjoyed the pickle vegetables that came on top. The dumplings with cheese were ok just a bit messy on execution. The wings were a solid entry, crispy, juicy, sour and sweet. It’s everything you want in a wing dish. Now the banh mi and pho combo was probably the worst versions of those dishes I’ve ever had in my life. The pork sandwich had bland meat and soggy bread. And the pho was overly salty and I’m salt fan. There was no way I could keep eating the noodles I paid extra for. The churro French toast was phoned in. Good but minimum effort. Overall the service was good and I had a good time hanging out with some friends, it’s just the food didn’t hold up.

Completely disappointed at this location. Stopped through for lunch and was meet at the door by the host who said “no reservations I assume”….. not sure what that meant. He said it would be 45-60 minute wait. We said ok and sat out side. About 10 mins went by and the host comes out and says they can’t serve us because they close at 2:00. I asked what does that have to do with us because it is only 1215. Anyway we left and won’t come back. Wouldn’t recommend the place simply because the guy was rude.

Upon being seated were told "we don't give out our Wifi password" abruptly. Ok... we were traveling from out of the country so WiFi made our lives easier. Not a great first impression. The deep fried wings were tasty as most people note and the Pho was good, but not amazing. We also ordered the Budae Jjigae to share ($40) and it was too salty for all of us and felt it was overpriced. We enjoyed the cheese dumplings and escargot. Personally, I think it would be more interesting to just make this place into an asian tapas bar with more focus on cocktails and only small plates offered at lower prices. Overall it was good, but nothing we had would make us crave it to come back again. I would still try Pig and Lady which was fully booked during our visit. Perhaps for a reason?

This restaurant is up here with amazing!!! The kitchen is absolutely Fair close but very receptive to any and every need that you have there can be no more find a cuisine and Oahu then this one! The people are wonderful the place is wonderful the drinks are wonderful I'm especially Ollie's partisan to black truffle positive it is out of this world to Fantastic! Christine Tony every member of that kitchen works very hard to make sure your meal is prepared absolutely perfect and they nail it every damn time. My props go out to the great staff at this restaurant the service the freshness undeniable wonderful taste of what is the new Hawaiian cuisine. The shaft you will never know is the chef until the end of the night and she is a unbelievable force of nature and a beautiful beautiful spirit and great energy. Everyone should dine here at least once when you're in Oahu

Visit on Saturday, i am happy to see minimalistic and modern decor for this Vietnamese restaurant. However I was quite disappointed with our of the daily special noodles soup with curry cream and brisket, the soup was very salty, I wonder this is a one-time mistake! Sorry not enjoyed it.
