Don’t know how this place hasn’t blown up. Absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I each got gnocchi and garlic bread. The woman stated it would be 12+ minutes but took so much less. That was the best meal we have had on this island and hope we can squeeze in another trip here. Beyond amazing. Only downside is not much seating but we didn’t mind, we stood at a table and ate
The pasta was very tasty. I got the arrabiata dish which was spicy and that's how I like it. It was cooked al dente but I do prefer a more well done pasta because it's easier to eat when it's tender but this was nice to try as well. Although I wish we were asked how we wanted our pasta cooked. The menu has many vegetarian options. The garlic bread was amazing! Crisp edges and warm and soft on the inside. The only negative thing about this place is it's hard to find and not enough seating near the food truck. The corner has another food truck with chairs and the lot where this food truck is has an open large unused space and tables but no chairs. We ate the pasta standing up and leaning against the table. It's worth a try if you plan on getting Italian food and eating it by the beach.
The pesto tasted really good! had some cheesy flavor in it. the meat and the noodles balance each othe's nicely. super nice service as well!
One of the best meals we had in O'ahu! Wife and me ordered Carbonara, Cesar salad the Zozzone, which was the star of the meal! Everything was delicious!

Amazing handmade pasta! If you’re looking for authentic Italian this is the place! I have spent a lot of time traveling in Italy and other places always looking for the best, and this place is one of the best. I also come from an Italian family on my dads side, and this reminds me of my great grandma’s food! Give it a try, I promise you will not be disappointed!
Maybe i expected a little bit too much about this place because of the 5 star reviews..but yeah, the food is okay.. the gnocchi i expected it to be a little more lighter and fluffier inside.. the panna cotta is a bit on the denser side but the flavors are good. Not an mmmm wow experience but hey its not fine dining?
This food was so amazing! We ordered the eggplant sandwich and it was to die for. The spaghetti-like meal was also amazing. There are some chairs but not the best place to eat in. We will be returning again!
