This Pho was incredible. I've eaten Pho in San Diego, Oklahoma, Japan and all the way to the Phillipines and this was by far the best Pho. I got number 13 and if you like Pho this is the spot for sure. I added some chilli paste to mine as well which I'd recommend.
This pho was the best food during my hawaii vacation. I have been there twice because the Pho was best.
One of the best oxtail soups, not loaded with fat. Lots of veges. Enough to share with 2 pplThe noodles (Pho) looked good goo, also had summer rolls w/shrimp. Yummy!
Got the combo pho. Broth flavor was pretty basic, not notable. Maybe other dishes are better but then why would it be named “pho bistro”?Restaurant also did not do a great job handling phone orders for takeout (read: did not pick up the phone), which doesn’t help if you’re trying to avoid crowds. Plenty of other Vietnamese options in the area if that’s what you’re looking for.
First time here! We ordered the pho, vermicelli bowl with egg rolls and grilled pork. Everything was fantastic. Huge portions and very tasty. The owners are also very generous and kind - they gifted us tapioca puddings and gave us advice on places to visit. Definitely try the Taro Tapioca!
The pho is delicious! I also enjoy the lemongrass chicken vermicelli noodle plate. The people who own the store are just so wonderful and kind.
Food is great. Been going to this spot 2x-3x a week for the last couple years. Love the spot but Prices on the menu went up big time. House special used to be at $11 now it’s at $15. And oxtail pho went from $18 to $25. I might have to look for a new spot
Great spot for Vietnamese. The goi (papaya salad) and bun noodles really hit the spot.
Delicious food and good service. They are generous with their greens and give good portions. Came out full and happy. The oxtail soup was great. Enjoyed their pho too. Going back to try other dishes.
So good that we came back two nights in a row.The #11 house special combo plate is more than enough for two adults and so full of authentic Asian bbq.The pho is some of the best we’ve had in a long long time.The spring rolls were a nice surprise with all the extra noodles and vegetables.Very delicious
