Was trying to make a phone order, put me on hold for 30 min (yes exactly 30min) and still no one pick up the phone. It's not the first time they do this, they just put you on hold so no one else can call in while they are busy.If you wanna make an order for birthday cake or some special order go somewhere else, cuz even you successfully place an order there's a big chance that they will mess up with your order.

Very popular patisserie at Alamoana center. (Entrance facing Parking near the Lanai food court )Besides pastries and cakes, they have good selection of hot and cold drinks menu.Go early….but not too early. I missed out on their strawberry shortcakes at 2pm on Friday. If you have something specific to try, go earlier. And it seems to be based on your luck as well, since not everything are available at the time of the opening.I like their cake because it is not too sweet. It is very close to what you can expect outside of Paris or Tokyo.

The Strawberry Shortcake Tart was absolutely delicious! The Strawberries were perfect & the Tart overall had the perfect amount of sweetness. It helped with my Strawberry Shortcake craving that I had. I will be be returning to try other items.?

This place is amazing!! Talk about real French dessert ! I’m Moroccan and French. I’ve been many times to both places, I will say I was shocked a bakery this good reminded me of home! You must try!

We ordered a cake for our daughter’s birthday when we visited Hawaii last week, wrong cake was made. We ended up picked a cake already made. The cake wasn’t that great, the strawberry was mushy the cake was dry, seem to be an old cake. This was not what we expected when we ordered our cake here. Hope the store can do some improvements into these area, especially when customers order there cake make sure that your employees get customers orders correctly.

They took my order for the wrong date. I got there and they told me no refunds, but you can cancel your hard-earned $60 for free. I decided to keep the cake and picked it up the day after, and they gave it to me damaged with pieces of cake still showing. This does not look or taste like a $60 cake. What a disgrace to Japanese quality and the hardworking islanders. Go to Kulu Kulu instead. They actually care , give great service, and have better prices. And at least they won't grief, gaslight, or make you pay for their mistakes. Seriously, this was so scummy; this is why we can't have decent things. Apparently I'm not the only one either. It wasn't like this before, but I guess you just gotta wait your turn lol.

No seating. Came after 4 only 5 large cakes and few slices of tiramisu was left.

Strawberry short cake is great. Others are okay.

What a disappointing experience. Tried to order a cake but no one ever answered the phone for a week straight. Finally had time to visit the store in person on a Friday. The staff was SO RUDE. Since it was too late to order a cake, I bought two pieces of tiramisu and two slices of a ganache coated chocolate cake. The girl behind the counter pretended she couldn't speak English at all, despite speaking clear English when I entered the store to a fellow employee. I ended up simply pointing to what I wanted. I asked about adding a "Happy Birthday" chocolate pieces to each of the two tiramisu pieces. She flat out stated they don't do that. Despite there being exactly what I was asking for on the cakes in the case in front of me. She then boxed up my order in the back, which I found out later was so she could completely destroy it. She removed the protective plastic from tiramisu and then placed the pieces of tiramisu on top of the chocolate cakes. The chocolate ganache coating on the cakes were destroyed and glued to the paper under the tiramisu. The tiramisu pieces were collapsed piles. The flavor was bland and the texture wasn't that great. The chocolate cakes were ok, but they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to making tiramisu.

I think this place is a little overpriced for what it is. The coffee jelly there is quite small and expensive compared to other places for a pretty simple menu item. Ordered a birthday cake here and the sponge was extremely dry and it was pretty tasteless.
