Placed an order on the app which was having issues. Money was taken out of my account so I called and there was no record of the order. They called me back to let me know online tech support called to support my claim. I appreciated the follow up plus the pizza was delivered in 15 minutes of the phone call. Much thanks to the young lady on the phone and the delivery driver. Very professional and excellent service

came to this papa johns for an ubereats delivery, they didnt even pull the sticker til we were there and the wait time was excessive, but that wasnt the worst of it. dude making pizzas had his mask off mouth breathing all over the food and another worker flicked something off of a pizza with his bare fingers. so gross, canceled the order. dont come here.
The worst one in Hawaii never comes out on time for takeout. There are all kinds of excuses every time.
I just ordered a bbq pizza with my friends and we were waiting outside. A cooker just came out and punched me. Considering our safety, we just ran. soooooo crazy!!!!! Here is the tomato sauce on my T-shirt, it is from the crazy cooker's fist！！！！
Gave me a coupon code that did not work so I called the store and the person helping me sent me to Kapiolani Papa John's phone number to which I met a rude worker. The worker was rude and did not let me speak to my predicament or guide me to Kapahulu and hung up on me. Tried calling Kapahulu again and they did not answer after four calls.
The experience is super disappointed, Server is so rude, he pushed my friend without any reason. I suggest never go to this place.
