Even if you order online to the correct place, it will send to other locations. What wasted time and money

Ordered a large pie. No problems, quick ordering process and delivery. Good hot pizza was delivered in about 20 min
30 bucks for one pizza delivered got a pizza that had been turned on its side all the toppings slid to 1/2 and some of them started falling off the pizza.
I’ve been wanting some good pizza for a few weeks now and knew Papa Johns wouldn’t let me down however I was wrong! I just paid over $28 for a single topping pizza that was over cooked and the crust was nearly non existent. This crust makes a tortilla look thick; it barely holds the toppings. It was a lot like eating a sandwich where the bottom is cardboard the top is plastic and the filling is just tomato sauce. I ordered online, I got a text saying my pizza was on its way however it didn’t arrive for 30 minutes. I’m inclined to believe it sat under a heat lamp for about 25 minutes because I live less than a mile away from the store. Needless to say Papa Johns won’t see another dollar from me. Also, I specifically requested contactless delivery but when I came to the door the driver was still standing there waiting to hand me this nightmare.
Pizza was great per the usual of Papa John's. Guy at the front was nice and was apologetic of the pizza not being ready when I showed up, even though I was early.
Stale and flavorless. Almost seemed burnt.
Really great pizza! We had it delivered and it was to hot to eat right away. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Short version, I placed an order and it was incorrect and I ended up being overcharged. I think when I called to place the order I got transferred to their corporate line since the person didn't know how to pronounce the street name, and it took them 11 minutes to place a pizza order. I ended up using their chat feature to try to get a portion of my money back, I didn't want a full refund because I ate the pizza. My issue was that I paid for a supreme with a bunch of toppings and got a basic pizza. They keep saying they have to escalate the issue and then never get back to me. Horrible customer service!
The works is always my favorite but for some reason the taste was so much better from this particular location. Loved it ?
