Me and my family of 10 are at Pf and they want to put us at Separate tables. And my sister got us a table together. I think should have our table together and ready. Our waiter Spencer was very nice and very helpful. Even tho our visit was bad he made it a great time. The ladies at the front desk need custom service skills.
This is the nicest P.F. Chang’s we’ve been to. Two floors and spectacular decor and Asian fusion music with a view and outdoor/indoor seating choices. Our server Brianna was outstanding and an exceptional guide through this gustatory adventure. Comprehensive drink menu; soups made to perfection; entrees sizzling good with photogenic displays of freshness. It’s worth the price point if you’re on Waikiki. Delicious!!
Locations is stunning, amazing, waitresses and staff 10/10. About kitchen I can’t say the same. 4/10 The fried rice tasted like day before not tasty poorly mixed, orange chicken taste 10/10 but was wet not crispy. About the drink 7/10 good but so strong you still can taste all the alcohol. I’m not being negative, this is a opportunity of improvement I would love to go back and have a brand new experience , I still remember the fried rice in PF Chang Virginia and I was expecting the same but I didn’t get so that’s why I very respectfully let this comment here for them can work in make it better . Thanks for the service was so good. Hope see you soon. Again.
We were hungry and walked in because it was empty during lunch hour. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, rice, and pad thai. Chicken was fine but Pad Thai was weird. The coconut mocktail was bad but the coconut cocktail was delicious. Skip this place as it is not worth it.
We went last weekend, did not have a reservation but was told there was a 45 minute wait, after waiting 90 minutes and still being 6th on the list our mood really started to sour. There were several employees milling around but no one was being moved into the restaurant. When we finally did get a table our waiter was great and the service was quick. There were empty tables around the restaurant so did not see the need for so many parties to have to wait so long. Will not be returning.
Great food not that expensive and great service.
PF Changs is my favorite restaurant. I live in the Chicago area and have had wonderful experiences with that restaurant in multiple locations. After a full day at Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri,I was looking forward to a couple of cocktails and a relaxing meal at my favorite restaurant. It was a disaster. First I waited about 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge me who essentially told me that the bartender would take care of me. Eventually the bartender did come to greet me. I ordered a drink and for $11 it was the cheapest poor on the planet. Not sure it was even a 1 ounce poor. The staff in general seemed low energy and disenchanted. I decided to leave. I wrote my feedback on the credit card receipt for my chintzy drink. The competition in that area is fierce and PF Changs should come out far ahead except my experience was so poor all I can say is they were mediocre. Mediocre it won’t cut it in Waikiki.
We got the honey chicken, Mongolian beef and Singapore noodles. The fried rice came as a side to our mains which was lovely. Food was delicious. Our waitress was lovely too!
PF Changs is the BEST chain for gluten free and other allergies! I always feel so safe eating there and went four times in my two week vacation! I had the lettuce wraps, spicy changs chicken and the beef and broccoli! I was also informed by the server that gluten free dishes come out on white plates so it's nice to know the whole restaurant is on the same page!
Great food, fantastic service. Considering that I have paid $17 for a hotdog here, i consider this restaurant reasonably priced. Great atmosphere. We quite enjoyed ourselves.
