Use Yelp to make reservations! The waits here are insane, but we managed to squeeze in a party of eight.Regarding the food, I'd suggest against getting a combo and sticking to ramen-only - you get full really fast. The Tonkotsu Black broth is thermonuclear-level savory and the noodles are best cooked at the "firm" level, which you can specify through their plethora of customization options (includes spiciness, doneness, richness, savoriness, extra toppings). You get half a flavored egg, wood-ear (?) mushrooms, thinly sliced green onions, a sprinkle of bean sprouts and two slabs of torched char-siu. The only complaint I have is a feeling of oiliness, which is prevalent in the tantanmen even at the lightest richness/savoriness options. Otherwise, a great bowl ?

Awesome Ramen restaurant that’s not too far from Waikiki, it took me about a good 20 minute walk from the Hyatt.Everything we ordered came out hot and fresh. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The ramen, spectacular and the katsu curry just as good. The host here also are super friendly and we didn’t have to wait for them to take our order. If you’re in the area, make a trip to this restaurant!

This is the second time we have eaten here in the past month. The first time we ordered takeout and this time we decided to dine in. I think the food is much better eaten at the restaurant, served hot.Our server recommended the "Tonkotsu classicAll natural pork bone broth (tonkotsu) flavored with a combination of our signature Onoya seasoning" and our party of 4 all ordered it. It was very good, although when I think of Tonkatsu, I envision the pork to have a crispy panko outer coating, this did not have that (maybe that is why it is spelled slightly different). The ramen was flavorful, and served hot. We all enjoyed it. We ordered gyoza appetizer to start they were good.Onoya Ramen gets very busy, so I highly recommend making a reservation. Also, the parking lot is small as there are a few businesses that share it, as an FYI there is a "pay to park" lot across the street.

Got the tonkotsu tan tan men. Broth and noodles were exceptional. However the ground pork had a little too much sesame oil and overpowered the broth. Chashu and egg were fantastic. Also got the chicken karaage which was 10/10

I have been there few times before and I enjoy their Vegan Black Ramen very much.I am not Vegan but I find the broth to be much lighter and cleaner but flavorful. I added egg and green veggies. I plan on putting Char siew pork next time.Friendly service. They have Vegetarian potstickers. (It was skinny filling which was disappoint)We were there at 11:40, I think we missed the first round of customers for lunch so we had to wait for 25 minutes. Book in advance or avoid the peak hours if you don’t like to wait.

Their toppings are awesome! I like chicken breast. Soup is ok. The noodles are big portions. I got Tonkotsu tan tan, it tasted lil bitter because the burned garlic. I want to try Yuzu Shio next time.

We had a great experience here. They were friendly and super helpful and accommodating with food allergies. Make sure to get a reservation though cause the wait can take some time, especially during lunch.

$60 for two Ramen and two appetizers tips included , plus one beer. Service was reasonable but fast, they got the Chachu right ! Thick cut well braised, tonkatsu miso spicy. Wonton noodle Ramen was fantastic as well far, the wontons had a lot of flavour in a well packed wrap. The two appetizers were fried calamari and chicken Karaage the batter was not too strong it felt like if you had a couple more buddies with more beers he would order more. The place got really busy as we were leaving, they deserve the business.

The best ramen in Oahu! The spicy Dan Dan ramen can’t be missed..

Definitely worth and delicious foods , I like this place , in these days u have to show your vaccination prove
