As someone who has frequented this food establishment with an appreciation for food with clean ingredients been on island going on 3 yrs Revolving door of staff which is just a thing directly impacts the (Quality of Service) received.
Best American food on the island! (I say American, not Mexican, because come on....this isn't real Mexican food, right?) Regardless, it's good food, the best burritos outside of California.
Super great staff, tasty food and generous portions.They assemble your order right in front of you for ultimate satisfaction! O.M.G! So good.
SUPER bland burrito. The rice was hard and the beans were barley cooked so they were crunchy ?. There was no flavor at all. I had to drown the burrito in Taco Bell sauce for flavor but not before having to remove all the beans from it. I used to come here once in a while and every single time it's been pretty bad. Tonight just reminded me of why I don't ever come here LOL. I'll never come back even if I'm starving to death like I was tonight
Although they're super busy, the girls working there are so personable and work as efficiently and as fast as they can. Nachos are the bomb!!!
totally disappointing. No taste, way too much food, and air spaced employee = disaster.
Best burrito on the island. The hot sauce was just so good; I mixed the green and hot red. The rice and beans are fresh. The best part though was the chicken. They grill it perfectly and I love the fine bits of char. It was delicious.
Nothing special about this place, Chipotle on the island. Well at least Chipotle gives you a lot of meat.
So easy to order online, and it's ready for pick up! Tasty and always hits the spot! I'm never hungry after eating a burrito here!
Staff 5 ?, cleanliness of establishment 5 ?, cost ? 4 ?, taste 4 ?, experience/atmosphere 4 ?This is similar in business model to a Qdoba or Chipotle. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the staff. They promptly took our order. The kitchen area was clean and so was the dining area. A very small dining area. The cost is a little better than average for the amount of food you receive. The flavors are good. However, something seemed like it was missing. There was not enough of something and I don't know what. Overall my experience was good here. If you are looking for a healthy fast food, Mexican style, give this a try.Note: Parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED/ TIGHT
