Took a bike ride up to No Name BBQ Sandwhich from where we were staying in Waikiki and it was 100% worth the journey. Best sandwich I can remember eating and the chili oil is truly HOT (which I appreciate)! Working here remotely for a bit and trying to make it back here before I leave again, highly recommend.Fyi they have a nice little place to eat outside.Similar to others I recommend calling ahead as service was super quick.
My f crispirst meal in Hawaii was an absolute delight. The bun was crispy, the BBQ pork was sweet, and the greens refreshing. 5⭐s!
Not too good, not really vietnamese's style. When we came in, the couple work at the counter look at us like aliens, when we ask something they just say they don't know with unfriendly attitudes. Like they just want to sell the banh mi as fast so we can get out asap. I don't know how long this shop was and how long they lived here but their mind vietnamese still, do not try to open. And yeah, the name of the shop is make senses to them - no name.
1) Banh Mi's were excellent. Had the BBQ beef and BBQ pork. The quality was very good, especially the bread. The Banh Mi's are very filling, stuffed with meat, veggies and pickles. You will walk very satisfied 2) Family run business, super nice hardworking folk. 3) Price was very reasonable!
SO delicious! Would absolutely recommend eating here. We got the bbq pork sandwich, and the combo of flavors was spectacular. My only complaint was that there wasn't more on my plate!
Very friendly people and incredible sandwiches. Went there for the 1st Thursday and went back today. The #7 Vietnamese Sandwich is delicious and the pate`spread elevates the flavors that really complete it.
We stopped by for sandwiches post-hike, and were blown away. We got one pork bbq and one beef bbq sandwich, and both were bomb. And the ice coffee was amazing. Highly recommend you make a stop at this hidden gem!

Words can't describe the love and attention that goes into each sandwich! Granted I'm new to Bahn Mi, but hello I'm not new to FOOD. The warmth and freshness of the roll, the insane amount of BBQ beef - the crispness of the cucumbers, the almost umami flavor of the pickled daikon & carrots. Did I mention the cilantro? The sandwich is so brilliantly made that EVERY bite is THE bite!!! Simply said, No Name BBQ Sandwich makes 8 of the greatest sandwiches you've never had! I only wish Jonathan Gold were still alive so I could gloat about this hole-in-the wall find that I'll never forget!
This place is without a doubt the greatest sandwich that I have tried in Hawaii. I came here and order the roast beef and BBQ beef. Both sandwiches exceeded my expectations. And it is worth the wait. The sandwich was really good and I recommend everyone who hasn't eaten at this place to try it out.
