Beautifully presented food that was delicious. Smaller portions. Very slow service, too long in between courses. Cool venue.
NatuRE was recommended by a local friend so we had high hopes. It was a huge disappointment. Staff from hostess to servers were awkward and not very friendly. We actually got stuck watching an extremely unfriendly bartender berate customers who were trying to come upstairs to the bar for a drink, telling them they were disturbing other diners (not sure how walking up the stairs is disturbing to others). Our appetizer came out after all the entrees. The entrees all came out separatelyâ as they were ready, I guess. Which wouldâve been fine if that had been explained â or if it was a tapas restaurant. The shrimp appetizer was actually peel and eat shrimp (with all the delicious herbed butter on the outside shell that got discarded). Which again wouldâve been fine had we known and had we been given some sort of wipes to clean up with. When I asked for something the server seemed surprised by the request and then brought me a few paper towels. Drinks took 20 minutes. The kicking mule tasted like a shot of straight ginger apropos a morning wellness juice. I couldnât add shrimp or protein to my salad bc thatâs considered a âsubstitutionâ â somehow. The salad and the pesto pasta both lacked salt and depth. And the venison bolognese was disappointing. The whole experience was a miserable. Also felt slightly deceived that everything on the A la cart menu was under $30 but the two specials were $48 or $54 for local fish and $60ish for the veal chop â the server wasnât sure on the prices. The table next to us got the tasting menu which looked interesting and the level of service they received was a million times better than ours. We werenât sure our teenagers would appreciate the eclectic offerings and knew they were starving, which is why we didnât opt for that. But clearly a la cart is not the customers natuRE aims to please. We were hoping for high quality food but were met with a weird, unwelcoming environment and very average food.

Amazing, amazing experience! For was incredible and very inventive. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like each serving piece was beautiful and complimented the food so well. Server was knowledgable at explaining things and answering questions. Wine pairings we excellent, unique, good value, seemed like generous pours. My only small complaint would be that the two cocktails we tried were quite sweet, didn't seem well balanced, but they were artfully presented. Will be back again 10/10 for every seasonal menu change. 5 star experience overall. Little gem in Waikiki for sure!
Our "Tasting-Menu" with wine pairings dining experience was delightful! Austin, our waiter, provided excellent service coupled with very personable and engaging interaction while describing the various offerings that comprise this assortment of dishes. Each course was unique and included a multitude of enticing and distinct flavors. Compliments to the chef(s) and Austin at natuRe Waikiki. Very creative indeed!

Did not enjoy the chefs tasting course :/ Some dishes were extremely salty lacking any balance Very very underwhelming. Preferred the Ala carte!
Food was overly salted and while innovative did not have a sophisticated balance of flavors. At this price point the value wasnât there.
This is a gem of a find in Waikiki. We had the tasting menu and sat at the chefs counter . The food, service was fabulous !
