We came here for an anniversary and the sushi was so fresh and delicious. We ordered 2 sets and some ala carte items. Some items we would definitely get again is the lobster van van, Toro sushi and the oysters. The place is a little small but the decor was nice and modern. The staff were friendly and the only thing that would have been a wrinkle was they forgot not to add the masago (fish eggs) on our bowl due to an allergy.Location may not be the best, but the food makes it worth it to go. Overall a great time and we would come back again.

my dear friend introduced me to Mitch'sFish Market and it's such a little hidden gemit's quite easy to find , once you know what you're looking for. Closer to the airport than anything, it's located off of Sand Island Access RoadWe ordered the Omakase (chef's choice/speciality) and enjoyed the delicious, wonderfully - thoughtfully prepared mealThe restaurant is nice and cool (A/C) and the seating is very socially distanced at more than 6ft apart from each other.Service was excellent ?!!

You can’t beat the sushi here. The toro was absolutely delicious! So was the Ora King Salmon from New Zealand. Also loved the scallops from Japan. Really terrific stuff! Location is near the airport in an almost industrial location. Service was great and really helpful. Very basic inside. BYOB which was great. Highest quality sushi for sure and super fresh! Highly recommend just realize you aren’t going there for the ambiance but for the quality of the food. Enjoy!

I can’t believe I had the opportunity to dine here. I showed up right at opening on a Sunday after reading how hard it was to get seated without reservations, but I was lucky enough to be seated right away! I ordered their oysters, uni, amaebi, and chirashi. Some of the freshest sushi I’ve had and it did not disappoint. It’s a ways away from the touristy Waikiki and nearby the airport, so if anyone has an opportunity to come here, I would highly recommend.

Maybe the sashimi platters we started with were not the right thing to order. The sashimi was good ($35), but not awe inspiring like some reviews state. It was fine, not smooth/flavorful. We had better fish at smaller local markets and poke places. If you don’t get good sushi/sashimi at home, this might do it for you. Service was good. The campy warehouse locations could be part of the appeal. I'm all for getting outside of the Waikiki bubble, but this place may not be worth the effort.

Don’t let the humble exterior fool you - this is the real deal with quality Sushi. The variety was impressive as was the service. Overall a pleasurable business dining experience

They got rid of the omakase and lobster miso soup.

Not a fancy location, it looks like a run down Time Capsule of the 1980s. However tithe food is outstanding. Worth the prices. They don’t sell alcohol, bring your own. The blue fin toro was outstanding, as everything else we ordered. Will go back. Best sushi outside Japan.

Fresh fish but sushi rice was not holding up well. Hamachi Kama was juicy and nicely grilled. Very noisy dining experience because it’s right next to the kitchen sink. Kind of privy to justify the mediocre total dining experience.

This is a real sushi ? restaurant. No Safeway sushi filled with immatation crab and cucumber. Everything tasted so fresh. Many options. Dining in is available with ID and Vax card. BYOB. Be sure to bring your pocket book because you get what you pay for and the tab can add up depending on how many people. Definitely recommended
