You probably wonder why your ratings are so low? It’s in your window! The average apartment in Waikiki is $1950 per month for a one bedroom if you can find one. A person would have to work 45 hours a week at that pay rate just to pay for that! Of course you are understaffed! It doesn’t have anything to do with COVID! Pay your people a living wage! The people at this restaurant were polite and courteous, the food was as good as normal at McDonald’s. But the place is run down and there are not enough staff to keep it clean. It also took forever to order your food and receive your food.

We went and this is the type of McDonald's where they serve you the sodas and such from being the counter. So they can plainly see that there is no carbonation. That doesn't stop them from serving the drink though. Unfortunately I should have tasted it before leaving but it's frustrating that they don't know their drinks taste like flat medicine. I wasted $5 on a soda and minute maid slushie.

Thank you for not overpricing.. I needed a break from all the overpriced places in Hawaii. McDonald's was only a couple of dollars higher than the average cost on the mainland. while everyone else was 60%. Thank you again for not being a rip off.

I know the $1 large fries with mobile orders is usually less than impressive but they literally gave me a quarter of a package ... absolutely unreal, probably not enough for a small. I work next door so I was super sad never to be going back to that one ...this is exactly the way it was and none spilled out in the bag. My fault for not looking before I left but was running behind ?

I'm not even ashamed to say that I frequented McDonald's while on vacation. McDonald's Hawaii has this bomb Haupia Pie that I am NOT ashamed of absolutely loving. It's a ooey gooey slimy mess that looks a bit weird but tastes like coconut heaven ?

This was my First and Will be my Last Time I'll EVER eat here! There was ONLY ONE KIOSK open! The Crowd of Customers was out the door! An Employee Ranted to a Customer behind ME in line, because his Mask wasn't covering his nose; And yet, HIS MASK ? looked like one you might find on the road! I ordered EXTRA Pickles and EXTRA Onions....but, after walking three blocks to find someplace to sit and eat, because there is NO Dining INSIDE and they have NO OUTSIDE Benches....My Burger had NO PICKLES, NO ONIONS AND NO KETCHUP! It was just:A Bun, A Patty and a half piece of cheese! OH....so, unlike most people who LIKE French Fries....Well, I DON'T. Nor, did I order any! Well, when I reached into the bag to look for napkins that were NOT in their....? WHOA....There was an order of Large Fries IN MY BAG! Well.... At least they got my drink right ??(Ice Water)

The restaurant did not allow any inside seating, although its in a tourist location. There were language barriers, and some orders were messed up, including mine. The service was slow, and it was ice cold in the lobby. No place to social distancing while waiting for your food.

This is more to speak to the coffee that they no longer serve. I loved the Kona coffee when we were here 5yrs ago, but seems like they've changed suppliers and now is like McDonald's coffee everywhere. Very disappointed.. .

Great location for a quick meal or snack. Oh, and the location is a short walk to the Pacific Ocean and is in the middle of Waikiki. The service is OK considering Covid, you can use the kiosks.

What's happened to Wiakiki and Oahu in general?Homeless dirty angry bums peddling every where every day including and especially in front of all the Mc Donald's How could you people allow this ? Cheapest fastest food in all of Hawaii but still prices DOUBLE the price in the main land. It was not like this 6 years ago.
