We had to come here since we had missed it on prior trips. Place is always packed and it was again this time. Line was very long so we didnt give up this time, we did an online order. Noodles were absolutely amazing. Next time we will be patient and get there to watch the noodles be made which will be extra special.

Like, BEST NOODLE EVER! And, not to mention, teriyaki chicken on noodle bowl is delish!! There will be a line, as most meals in Waikiki start at around $35.00 a plate; but not this place. Affordably priced and serving large portions cause the line out the door and down the street most times of day. But, it does move quickly. You won't want to miss this meal if you're staying in Waikiki.

There’s always a huge lineup here and you’ll know why! Incredibly fresh udon, large portions and an affordable price. I remember when this location was a Jack in the Box (which was a looong time ago). I had their curry nikutame udon which was sooo delicious! Nicely flavoured curry with a soft boiled egg and their perfect udon. Also on the menu is their most popular nikutame udon with a super flavorful broth. I can see why it’s so popular! Also had their beef ? udon and their cold udon garlic chicken salad. Next time you’re here, I heartily recommend going hungry with this can’t miss restaurant.

We went at a slightly "off" time and there was still a line, but it moved reasonably quickly. You can watch them making the noodles through the window as you get close! One of the best meals we had in Hawaii, and very reasonably priced IMO. We couldn't find a table inside, however there is a back door to a charming shared patio area, so we ate there.

Expect to wait in a line. I waited for about 20 minutes. Order their best seller and get spam musubi. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. I loved the sweet beef. I got my meal cold, which was perfect on a hot summer day! This place isn’t far from Waikiki beach. So highly recommend getting it to go and eating at the beach!

I had read that this restaurant was a great place for authentic Udon, and with a child who plans to visit Japan soon, I figured it would be a good stop for us. I didn’t expect the line to be down the street and around the corner, but it moved quickly, maybe we were in line for 30 minutes. All told, even with tip, I spent under $80 for my family of 5 to eat and nobody was left hungry at all!

We noticed the restaurant because of the long lines but had no idea about it before. We decided to try it by ordering on line due to the long lines so we picked up our food. Our hotel was near it so that wasn’t an issue. We liked the food and the noodles were tasty but I didn’t like the packaging. My curry was packed on a regular paper container and it became very soggy and almost broke. I think they can do better in packaging the take orders. Food was delicious and tasted great so the visit is worthy. The prices are amongst the most affordable for the area. If you decide to eat in be prepared to wait a while in line. I highly recommend a visit !

we were not sure what to expect but if you are going here order pickup or expect to wait in a very long line. Great food and amazing flavors! And how they keep the noodles from ending up soggy is amazing too!

It’s been four years since I was last there. It’s still very good and a very busy place. Go prepared to wait in line.

This best time to go is after 3:30 pm up until 5:30. Very very short wait line or none at all. You can also order online anytime and walk right on to pick up.
