Food was fine. I ordered a mobile order off of their website. I order chicken Katsu curry. I arrived and my order was wrong, I told the owner and he the. Was like no “you ordered this.” I showed him on his website how I ordered and the website was the origin of the problem... not a big deal. He then proceeded to tel me to “tell them about it...” which I assume the website??? Then showed me a the paper menu and said this is the real menu. Anyways... just wasn’t great customer service and didn’t want to acknowledge there was a problem with his website
My personal experience:The owner was very rude to me after getting my online order wrong he continued to let me know I couldn’t change items online ( something I was unaware of) thankfully the wife was very kind and fixed my order quickly! Mark continued to act very frustrated instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong. I asked him if I needed to pay the difference even though I wasn’t aware of the price increase (because it wasn’t stated online). He made me very uncomfortable and didn’t seem to care at all! I will never come back here again.

The food is excellent! The prices are very reasonable - our go to when we don't feel like cooking or want to grab something for the beach.
When you are hungry and on a budget, this place is your best option when in the area. The special plate has chicken katsu and bbq chicken. Fills me up every time to curb the hunger! Not too taxing on the wallet either.
Marks is amazing. A hole in the wall but has very good food.

Marks drive inn is good and great prices. Portion is generous as well.
The food tastes terrible, the restaurant is very small and dirty. Also, 3/4 of our party’s stomachs hurt after eating their food.
