They have terrible customer service. Their corporate office does not return calls. Their staff shares their anti-Covid lockdown vaccine views by wearing bracelets that share their sentiments on anti-lockdown Covid restrictions. I used to go there daily. I will never go there again..

This Lanikai location has the friendliest service! It's my go to after the beach.. The Kailua Monkey and Acai bowls are the best! You have to do a quick stop when you're in the Kaka'ako area. ???

Parking can be hard to find sometimes. I suggest ordering ahead so it's ready for pickup when you get there.

Friendly and easy to read menu

Acai bowl was so good. I wanted to go order another!! Definitely go back!

Good fresh juice- try the Hono hua.

I'm a bit confused, for my Acai bowl I tried to substitute blueberries for strawberries, but there is a charge (same priced item). So then I tried to substitute blueberries for mango (lesser cost item) and also a charge. Are substitutions no longer available without a charge? It's a bit odd that I can't substitute a $1.50 item for a $1.00 item with out a charge? If I'm choosing the lesser cost item, wouldn't I be saving your company money. Yet, you want to charge an additional fee for a lesser cost item? Sorry, I just don't understand the new pricing.EDIT: regarding the response from the owner. I was a bit confused how this answered my question. Completely understand the prices may need to be increased for items. I'm just confused why a $1.50 item cannot be substitute for another $1.50 item or $1.00 item without incurring a fee. If I was substituting a $1.00 item for a $1.50 item; then I would understand the additional $0.50 fee.
