Food here is really good. Located inside the Ala Moana shopping center food court on the 1st level.
I bought a combo plate with roasted pork and prime rib. The prime rib is all bloody, and ice cold in the middle. I tried to call and let them know, so that they don’t serve it to the customers after me, but they never picked up. I poured some hot water over it, and had to microwave, but when I saw how the blood was seeping into my side vegetables, I cannot get over it. Had to dump the whole meal.
If you want to watch how one person working serving food, while three other associates behind the counter are just standing there, looking at you standing in line waiting with three other people, then it's your place. Oh and the cashier flipped me a bird, what a rude b**ch!

Good fried chicken. My wife had the roasted, but I thought it was over done and dry. The fried chicken coating had an excellent taste and very enjoyable. The 3 sides that come with a meal were all tasty, with a decent selection and generous servings, such that I had more than enough for a meal. Service was reasonable and fast as well. If we get back to Honolulu, I will try this chain again.
Not sure about other dishes, but their mixed veggies were clearly made from frozen veggies and cooked with butter. Nothing wrong with that, but if you want some tasty healthy veggies, this might not be for you. The service was quick and good though!

Worst meal and service in all of Hawaii. The ribs tasted horrible, the rest of the food was worse. The manager would not give me a glass of water after spending over $17. She was completely rude. Please take my word and eat somewhere else.

That in the plate next to the bloody steak is the 85% of the pork they gave me and was all grease and saggy skin. Horrible experience. Never again
