We had a rough start to our night, the bartender that was helping us was having a rough night (to say the least). I quietly pulled a server aside and asked him to grab the manager for me; this way I could speak to him off to the side discretely. That’s when Ben approached, he listened to my complaint with grace and care. I don’t like to throw anyone under the bus but this situation warranted it.I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 12 years, “good help is hard to find” is true today more so than ever. Having said that, Ben somehow turned our experience around. He was graceful and generous in solving the issue. We’ll be back to give this place another shot soon.

Came here for a quick lunch. Many great choices here, but went to Greek Grotto. Got the beef & lamb gyro($15) and the Greek fries. It was DELICIOUS. No complaints at all. You order everything a la carte. My second visit here I went to Cheehoo BBQ & got the spicy Portuguese sausage, with baked beans, mac n cheese, and garlic rice. A lot places in HI serve "spicy Portuguese sausage", but it's actually not spicy. And I know because I've been to Portugal. Still good though. The garlic rice was ok, but garlic flavor was mostly missing. The baked beans weren't good. The mac n cheese was ok though. All in all, definitely a better bang for your buck versus eating food at the hotel restaurants.

Pizza was only disappointment as only fair. But the Greek food was excellent ( gyro and fries were GREAT), Banzi burgers were very good, and BBQ also great...the brisket was like butter and very flavorful.

I came right when the food hall opened so despite the other reviews, my food was made fresh right in front of me! I ate at Greek Grotto and the food was amazing and flavorful. I really enjoyed the fries as they were seasoned perfectly a 10/10. There are other staff who are in the hall to make sure you’re taken care of and will help you if you need anything. Wonderful service and I would recommend dining here!

Have well enjoyed our numerous stops at the beer bar. $2 Kirins from 11am-7pm is easily the best happy hour going in Waikiki. The bar staff are all incredibly attentive and if you're very lucky you'll get a magic masterclass from Lee. The food options in the hall are plentiful and very reasonably priced and if you're seated at the bar they will place the order for you. Will definitely be visiting again

Had $2 12oz Kirin drafts at the aptly named "beer bar" within the food hall. Can't speak for anything else but seems like a great promotion!

We went to the Beer Bar twice during our trip and were served by Lee both times. I cannot say enough how great Lee is...the place was busy but he still took the time to talk with us and we enjoyed Lee's company as much as the beer. Plus they have a great beer selection and specials. Definitely go and say hi to Lee if he's working!

(Translated by Google) Did you think you were a foreigner and lick it?I didn't have enough to order.I showed the receipt, but I was insisted that it was correct, but I just couldn't agree. If you show the receipt to the person who hit the receipt and protestI was given the shortfall. However, maybe he was dissatisfied, the pizza was piled up.terrible.(Original)外国人だと思って舐めてたのか注文したものが足りなかった。レシートを見せたがそれで合ってると言い張られたがどうしても納得いかずレシ打った人にレシート見せて抗議したら不足分を渡してもらった。しかし不満だったのかピザを重ねて置かれた。最悪。

Slow service with a side of Jim crow era laws. This pertains to a bar within the Food Hall. First of all, the service was ridiculously slow. The female bartender was amateur at best with her skills. The beer cup was constantly being over-poured with foam; maybe she should angle the cup instead of just pouring it straight. However, the blatant racial discrimination was what got to me. As I approached the bar and started my order, the white female bartender saw a white couple, and a white lady sits down at the bar, then quickly walked over there and took their order. The fact that she also stated, "hold up, I'm going to take their orders first". It's Crazy that they would hire someone so unskilled to be a bartender and then lack professionalism in a workplace. If you want to experience 1950's southern discrimination, come to this place and watch how they operate. In the end, I didn't even get my drink; I walked away rather than wait another 10 mins for a beer.

Very bad service at the pizza restaurant
