6/5 This is not north shore quality. We ordered online at 12:25pm and was told our 2 plate lunches and sliders would be ready at 1:10. We arrived early and watched no less than 3 orders get completely screwed up. Our order was given to another patron at 1:15. Then the cashier went running out of the store and around the block to get our food back. When she returned she looked confused when we refused to accept it. I asked for fresh plates to be made and whoever was prepping orders looked completely put out because we asked for fresh food. The plates consisted of a scoop of white rice, pulled pork and a handful of greens, not exactly tough to assemble, and when we got them we were still missing our sliders. We finally walked out with our order at 1:30. Zero offers for any compensation. The service completely sucked and the food was cold.

Delicious. Their burrito is the bomb!

Not like the North Shore spot. Setup for tourists, smaller plates and sloppy presentation. Forgot the sauce and the amount of pork was sad. Don't go here, go to the real one.

I came in a little after closing. Their staff was kind enough to accommodate my order and my old school pork sandwich did not disappoint! Afterwards I headed to the airport and realized that I had left my wallet and phone at Konos. I was able to return home (another story) and when I called the next day, they had it! The GM tried to catch my attention outside the restaurant but was unsuccessful. I had it shipped back and was fortunate that they were very honest and kind! The GM was very communicative and I am really thankful.

I have been craving a good breakfast burrito for weeks now and finally decided to try Kono's as they have amazing reviews and the photos on their website look delicious and good serving size. I paid almost $12 for an extremely small burrito. They call this a "bomber"??? It's at most 1/3 the size of an average breakfast burrito in California so if you are pretty hungry you might want to order 2! It is about 1/4 /the size of a San Diego breakfast burrito from Roberto's in OB just for size comparison. It also said "gooey cheese" on the menu and there was hardly any cheese at all. Potatoes were bland as well. I finished it in about 2-3 minutes wishing I had an actual breakfast burrito. The tortilla tasted like "Mission" grocery store tortillas not authentic at all... and not even enough salsa to finish the tiny burrito. I would have bought more salsa had I known. Sorry Kono's, I won't be back. #disappointment

Served cold pork on nachos, without cheese melted at all, and the ? burrito wrap was cold as well. They refunded the blended drink without us asking because it was so messed up.I'm seriously questioning who is handling and preparing this food.

Waited for the 2 Sammy’s for over 30 minutes to get our food and when we asked it magically came out, which led me to believe it was just sitting on the counter back there. Wouldn’t allow us to use restroom while we waited either.

Excellent food and easy parking (around the corner behind the building). Exactly what you want for takeout during the pandemic. We had the Hawaiian Bowl, the pulled sandwich, a shake and a smoothie and everyone was happy ??.

We went here a year and a half ago, and I would have rated it 5 stars. This time, the food took almost 30 minutes to get, and tasted like nothing special. They put barely any sauce on it. I would not recommend anymore.

Avocado turkey melt wasn’t even melted and cold when they handed it to me. Bagel was tiny and missing the capers. Gauc was brown. The best part of everything was the Maui onion chips
