Went to eat lunch at Loco Moco Koko Marina. I had a mahimahi deluxe burger w/fries and a diet pepsi..It was pretty good.for$9.75 plus taxes
Well, security did accuse me of being a questionable woman photographed doing questionable things...however it was not me and he and I sorted this out, but it's pretty funny how "Blondes" who are exhausted and carrying a back pack can easily be misidentified do to "racial profiling"...White Women ..we all look alike and should be assumed dangerous.??..what's even more funny is my previous address was literally 2 blocks away ...I thought it was rather funny when I was told "to be real and I was in the wrong neighborhood, to be lying about who I am and don't want to go to prison "?⚠️ warning do not window shop before stores are open if you are blonde with a back pack and use the bus...but considering I got "shot at" assaulted and almost robbed of my wallet bag and cameras in an exclusive Kahala neighborhood on the beach in early AM (great photographic hours) and cops don't care! ....I am actually GLAD this mall cop seemed to generally have concern...even if it was clearly mistaken identity.
Easy to park and plenty available. Love the choices of food selections as well as Petco right next to Walgreens.
Ate at Locomoco, big portions, good variety of rice plates, a little bit pricey but still good value. Also visited Leonard's Malasada truck outside, same as main location in Waikiki, but without the long lines.
Small Mall but worth mentioning!Lots of parking available though out the centerA great place to find it all - coffee, lunch, dinner, movies , a drink, snacks, fitness, toiletriesSeating along the marina availablePretty views of the marina from Greek Marina, Kona Brew, 24 hour fitness
Great atmosphere, excellent beer, average food. Personally, if I go back I'll skip the pizza pie and just order 3x orders of pizza rolls.
Nice little place to get away from the busy atmosphere. Even watch the sunset in a distance.
Nice shopping center but no public restrooms were open on the day we were here.
Been going to Kokomo marina since I was a child, grew up Hawaii Kai. Seen 30 years of Koko, and never gave it a review. It's got plenty restaurants, good clean movie theater, and some shopping. It's basic and fairly reasonable. More for tourist than locals these days but nothing bad really. I do miss foodland though. Oh blockbuster, and price busters too. Good times.
Ample parking, restaurants and pretty much all stores are open.
