We were visiting the week of July 1st to the 8th . We went here 3 times . The food was excellent . The people made us feel at home having us try things . Recognizing we came back . Had a great waitress she was getting trained for cashier the day we left . A Wonderful place to eat . Try the 3 French toast and Portuguese sausage well done ❤️

Best breakfast in Kaimuki! Good prices for what you get. They sell an awesome bacon cheeseburger for only $8.95 which is insane! It's juicy and comes with nice crispy bacon, grilled onions, cheddar slice, tomatoes, lettuce and a pickle spear. Unbelievable for the price! 100% local grass fed beef? Bacon cheese for under $9? Idk how they do it, but it's great, and the patty is huge! I'd say 1/3 pound at least. I've been a lot recently to get their burger! Their other breakfast plates are great too!

Ube Pancakes were amazing!! Small bite plate for keiki was perfect size for only $7. Fresh squeezed OJ is worth the price. We love this place!

Her Ladyship ordered Eggs Benedict with sauce on the side and hash browns. I ordered a short stack of banana pancakes. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table on paper plates with cheap plastic knives and forks. Meal, with tip, was $32.48. Food came quickly - too quickly. Eggs on Eggs Benedict were cold, with hard yolks. Hash browns tepid at best. My pancakes were warm, but “stodgy.” Her Ladyship sent her EB back. They simply replaced the eggs with “freshly cooked” ones - on cold muffins. It’s pretty clear this food is not cooked to order. Sitting on chafing dishes in the kitchen. Think of awful “breakfast included” food at a roadside motel. We got a refund for the EB. I ate some of my pancakes, regretting we’d not gone to Liliha Bakery. Lesson learned. Mistake won’t be repeated.

staff is beyond friendly. the aunty at the register was so effortlessly welcoming to all guest. food came out really quickly and the fresh squeezed orange juices is so ono. i also thought the complimentary water station was so cute

We were very surprised by the value of this breakfast, that we visited twice. The red velvet pancakes were excellent. Highly recommended. This location is terrific before or after a morning Diamond Head hike. You order at the counter, then find a seat, and then they will bring your food to you. Their menu is large, so know what you want to order so that you do not hold up the line. (If there is one.) We ordered the French toast, red velvet pancakes, and the standard breakfast plate. All had good size portions and were cooked well, and the taste was very satisfying. Their coffee was good as well. This is a quick eat place, not really a place to hang out. The service was friendly and quick.

The corn beef hash is a must try breakfast item at Koa Pancake House. Tip: ask for extra crispy corn beef hash.

Service was great and they made us feel like we were such an important customer. The staff's recommendations were great. I can't believe I haven't come here more often. I am definitely coming back to try the other things on the menu.

Amazing service and food. The ladies that served us were so friendly. Best food we've had so far for 30 bucks! They made some suggestions for things to do on the island too. 10/10!

I ordered a seafood omelette and it's probably the best I've ever had! It's plenty of food at a very affordable price. They were quick to serve and their customer service was phenomenal. The only bad thing I can say is their pancakes were too thick but still good nevertheless.
