Great customer service! The food was tasty n delicious.
This KFC is the absolute worst. It smells so bad. I just can't wrap my head around why the Health Department or even someone from KFC management doesn't close this place down for a deep clean.its definetely an issue with the grease and drainage in the restraunt. Then it's the slowest place... they took the order in front of me, cooked the food he, filled the order then took my order. They were literally cooking each item. The person in front said it has been 20 minutes since he ordered.. he was there almost 30 munutes for a 4 piece. WOW. Now the little Filipino ladies are nice but someone needs to figure out how to get that place working right and up to health code.
The staff is very unfriendly. I don't want to go back again. Even Colesuldo couldn't pay and receive it if I didn't check it. I had a terrible experience. I wonder if KFC headquarters are aware of these disrespectful matters. It's the worst.
Been here a few times. Never disappointed with the food but services. Yes I understand we are in the pandemic but the restroom should still be opened for paying customers. One employee, an older female, got out of the restroom and blocked me from going in. She informed me that the restroom is not open. I told her that I am a customer but she still said no. However, I still stay calm and being nice so she said "She only let me use this time".Most places I go the restroom is always open to the customers. If you don't open to the customers then please put up a sign or block the entrance.Just my rants. Hope the management reconsider or do something to deter further confusion.

Is there a choice to choose no star ? Awful service today. Only 4 in line for almost 37 minutes and we didn’t get served. Bad service gave them a benefit of a doubt on New Year’s Day but never will I ever come back. Awful service, awful prices, they should shut down and go out of business, seriously Popeyes is the place to go.

How can you go wrong with fried chicken. A crow pleaser for sure. I'd go as far as to say kfc is better than Popeyes.
Good KFC chicken and famous bowls but the wait is soooo long! I guess the wait time during dinners are extremely longer.
Food is good kinda pricey these days KFC whats going on?! OTHER than prices its still finger lickin good imo!
