No longer have the weekend bucket specials. One of the reasons I came here. Food is still great
So KFC. Still the chicken we grew up with. Biscuits and gravy too. Love it.
There was some confusion at the front. They need better set up on how customers stand in line, especially with the Covid rules. Then they forgot my drink for my meal. When I went back to get it, there was a drink sitting by the soda fountain. No one knew if it was the diet I needed. Instead of making a fresh one, one lady INSISTED that it was my diet and handed it to me. Instead of making a scene I left. Will not go back to this location.
Store was messy and it was kind of a dump in there. Very small inside so not easy to eat indoors. But the food tasted great (I got the new vegan chicken nuggets) and the workers were very helpful and patient.
It was New Years day 2022 and there were only 2 elderly females working at 10am that day. They were short staffed but managed to give Excellent service with a smile and our food was nice and hot. Keep up the awesome job??

KFC Pearlridge da best..they improved alot.
We ordered a big box meal with 3 pieces of chicken, individual cole slaw, potatoes and gravy and a roll. It was perfect for 2 of us. It was typical KFC goodness - hot and the same kind of tasty we are used to at KFC. The counter person was thorough and quick. We were in and out pretty fast.
Good service & food but not easy to get in the parking lot.
Epic fail. I am not mad that the wait was long. However like the other KFC why are you passing out old chicken that looked refried. Just giving up.
