Over priced for the quality I ate at Morimota the night before and price was the same but the food, service and ambience were much better
Service was great and the food was yummy.
Food was ok, not exceptional for the price tag. Very under seasoned. 2nd round of drinks took far too long considering there was only 2 people at the bar and the restaurant was 1/2 full on a Saturday night. Creative menu, but overpriced for the seasoning and odd bar/kitchen issues. Our server was very sweet, but 1 of 2 appetizers were forgotten about and didnât arrive until after we finished our meal and we had to ask about it. A for effort, just missed the mark for how promising the menu looked online.
BBQ was excellent
My family, 10 of us ate at Kalo 2 nights in a row, if we were staying more nights we would have eaten here more nights. Raina was a great hostess the first night and Juan Jose was a great host the second night. The food was great, poi was watered down a little too much but with the lomi lomi salmon, chicken long rice, lau lau, kalua pig, white rice it all came together perfectly. Haupia to finish it. Thank you, wish I found your restaurant sooner. Price was little inexpensive, should have charged more.
Best food ever!! My husband who is not a prawn devotee said the prawns would definitely be be his ast meal request.
Service was outstanding. Checked up on us and showed they were there to make ours an outstanding experience. Food was very good although abit pricey. Delicious Hawaiian food! Thank you for the experience!

The appetizers were inedible. We had to send back two starters because they were undercooked and whilst the front of house apologized, the whole experience was very disappointing. The mains were only OK but by that stage, the appetite was gone. Bzzzzzz.
