I live right up the street, and when my partner and I decided to eat in for once instead of taking out we were given outstanding service.the owner even noticed me throwing away rubbish in the bin behind the shop because they were closing and I didn’t want them to use an extra trash bag, and he came out to apologize even though no wrong was done. 6/5 stars and don’t even get me started on the food!
Staff was very nice. Food tastes great with big portions. I had prime rib locomoco. It was special of the day. Been to this place several times. Only down side is street parking or you could park at longs.
Everything was super yummy and the staff were so friendly. We had the garlic chicken, special (prosciutto wrapped shrimp), guava BBQ brisket, Burger with egg on top. Everyone loved their meal!!
Great local food at a decent price. Good portion sizes. The garlic chicken, hamburger steak, and catch combo are great. Pan-seared furikake fish is just ok.
First time trying this place and the food tasted great. Good variety of tasty food and friendly staff even with how popular and busy they were. Daily specials so will need to try out again to try out the rest of their menu.
Ordered the regular steak meal with brown rice and broccoli and it was grilled medium and tasted fresh and full of flavor. The roasted tomatoes are worth the flavor and the chimichurri sauce was excellent, even a little spicy. Even the steamed broccoli was flavorful. Bringing the kids here next time
Food - I got the catch combo, which was furikake fried fish and misoyaki fish with white rice and potato mac salad. It was sooooo good! One of the best fried fish pieces I've ever had, I want to try and make it myself at home. The fish was very fresh tasting!My group ordered the following and everyone enjoyed their meal - super x spicy steak, butter garlic shrimp, university fish tacos, and the heavy hitter.Service - It was a big menu so we were a little slow at ordering but the lady at the window was very nice to us and helpful to suggest their popular choices.Ambiance - We did not go in, we sat outside, but it's right on the corner of a side street and pretty major street. They have some benches with umbrellas which is nice to get out of the sun.Definitely returning whenever we get a chance to go back to Hawaii!
The food here is really good and there are numerous chicken and kimchi items to choose from for a great price.
We ordered the spring rolls, chicken katsu and quesadillas off their super bowl catering menu. They did not disappoint! Was easy to order, pay and pick up. Food was so tasty. We will be ordering again from here for sure!
This place is not well managed, given food is good, inside place is dirty , better to get Togo and eat at your own place.
