Called ahead 30 minutes to get our sandwiches they said 20 minutes. We got there in 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started making our sandwiches, they intentionally made them slow when we went to pick them up and they weren’t ready. So we waited another 25 minutes for our food to be made. I used to be a loyal customer but I’m so sick of the employee’s attitude every time we go in, such a waste of time and money. Storto’s in town and Earls in kaimuki is 100% better anyway.
Food is great, but service via the app is always terrible. There's no point in using it. Inevitably, I have to wait as the staff readies food for people that walk in as I sit there, after having ordered 20 minutes ahead.
Great tasting sub sandwiches. Very nice up beat employees. I drive from Temple Valley to Hawaii Kai to get the sandwiches. I wish a Jersey Mike's would open up on the windward side.
I have been a loyal customer since the Hawaii Kai location opened but now it is a rip off. I called in order 30 minutes ahead of time and they said 20 minutes. Wife got there and said they did not even start making sandwich. When the person started he intentionally made the sandwich really slow on purpose while people in line that just got there were getting their food right away. We decided to order another tonight hoping it was just a bad employee. I ordered Turkey and provolone (Giant) and got a joke of a sandwich with enough turkey for a small croissant. I had to peel apart sandwich to find Turkey. We have gotten many free subs here for being good customers in the past no we are sad we have to go somewhere else.

What a horrible experience, was asked a few times about what sandwich I wanted, paid right away but was asked “IF I HAD PAID FOR MY SANDWICH” before the sandwich was handed over to me….stuffy atmosphere and unfriendly staff, highlyDisappointed.
I am from D.C. and can't find a sandwich shop that can replicate the East Coast flavors.
I went there yesterday and the guy was like a soldier. Giving commandment to everyone. I felt uncomfortable the whole time while I was waiting for my sandwich. I usually go to other Jersey Mike's shops and they are so kind and welcoming everywhere. I live in the area but I will drive somewhere else if I want to get a sandwich because it was a really bad experience. Very bad customer service!!!I give 2 starts because I love the sandwich otherwise I would give 1.
First time here. Tried the Famous Philly, Big Kahuna Veggie sandwiches and a new Portabella mushroom sandwhich. They were all good!
