I love bingsu and Jejubing ticks all the boxes. Fluffiness of ice, creaminess, toppings and flavour. Ordered the matcha and redbean bingsu and the mango bingsu. Both were really nice and were very creamy. The addition of condensed milk was definitely needed for the first extra creaminess hit. Restaurant was very clean, customer service was great and bingsu was quite decently priced with many favour options available. A must try if you find yourself at the Ala Moana centre.

Just okay. There are other bingsu dessert out there that will make you feel to take your time and enjoy the dessert.Got the large mango bingsu - mediocre and not that really special. Condensed milk on the side just in case you want it more sweeter (not necessary as the sweetness is already balanced enough). Topped with fresh mango and whipped cream.Injeolmi Toast - sorry but I don’t like this one. The mochi inside doesn’t approved by my taste bud. Never to this again.I just wished they put the 1hr. limit away to enjoy your dessert more over a good talk with friends.

Got the large injeolmi bingsu. Delicious! The amount they give is perfect. The i e is soft and fluffy, and the condensed milk hits the spot of course. The café has a nice ambience and seems like it’s popular with the public. They also have milkshakes/smoothies as well. I tried the black sesame is it was great!

Fun spot to try out some bingsu. We got the Oreo Bingsu. My daughter loved it.Nice place to get some desert after a walk through Ala Moana.

All of the dessert places on our list were a bit more out of the way than we felt like driving to. I found this place on Yelp and it looked interesting, so we decided to stop and try it.We got Mango and Injeolmi Bingsu. For those that aren't familiar with Bingsu, it's a Korean shave ice.I enjoyed the mango one, though I could have gone for a bit sweeter. I wasn't a huge fan of the Injeolmi. I wasn't quite sure what it was, but got it since it's popular. It was pretty dry and a little too bitter for me.If you're looking for a sweet dessert, I'd definitely opt for one of their fruit flavors.

It's February but it tastes just like June when you order a mango shave ice. The ice is so fine and the mango bursting with flavor. I really want to try the other flavors but I find myself ordering mango every time because it's so delicious. So, it's good to go with others... ?

Place is good but not the best tasting that I had. Compared to other places there’s not that much powder they add to there bingsu, it’s 60% ice after the powder layer. But the music and dine in spot and the staff are nice! You need your vax card and the parking is easy in Alo Moana

Really cool and innovative, prepare for a shave ice type dessert that focuses on ingredients like nuts, fruits, cream, rather than flavorings. The Oreo bingsu is great

Terrible customer service. If you order something from here, you better love what you eat, if not you will have to buy a brand new bowl if you want to make any adjustments, even if it’s minimal. All we This kind of business is there for the tourists, one-time transaction. In this case, they do it perfectly because we came here once and won’t come back again. This is why I leave one-star because they at least do their one-time business transaction right! If not, it would have been zero star.

very clean venue, great, friendly and quick customer service. highly recommended
