So delicious!!! Love the various sets - you get to see what type of cuts are your favorite! Steak set is 10/10! Absolutely adore the s’mores cheesecake for desert as well.

To say the least, my food experience at Yoshi was one of, if not the greatest I have had in my life. To start, the pork bao buns presented in the beginning were amazing, and only a prelude to this restaurant’s true culinary capability. The real show stopper were the wagyu strips. Cooked for just about 20 seconds on each side, this meat was the best I had ever tasted. The steak almost immediately melts in your mouth, and is identical to what you could find in some of the finest dining establishments in Japan. To finish, I enjoyed the Teddy Graham Gelato, which was a delicious and creative twist on gelato I had never previously seen. The service was also nothing short of the best. I could not have possibly asked for anything else from Yoshi. I strongly recommend to any tourists in the area to head out and try it, because food this authentic is an extremely rare find outside of Japan. Thank you to Yoshi for a truly unforgettable experience.

Quality and service were good but both of us barely made it to the restroom shortly after dinner… gosh… did we not cook through beef or else? It’ll be a mystery forever… will come again to see if this happen again.

Absolutely incredible experience for dinner here. We wanted to find a good Japanese BBQ place while on vacation and they absolutely delivered. The food was incredible, but the best part of our visit was the service we received. Such kind and helpful servers. They explained everything very well. We had a reservation a bit later in the evening but they never once rushed us to leave. Highly recommend!!

Great food and service. wagyu tastes no different from what we had in Miyazaki Japan. The amount is a bit on the smaller side for the price though. Fried rice was good!

First time to visit this place and they have renewed my faith in beef. First, service was first class. Sean and Chin know their product and are excellent guides for newbies to this experience. But the beef, omg. We live in Texas, but, beef is KING at Yoshi. Even the pork belly reigned supreme. The sides complemented the flavor and texture palette. My favorite was the salad with its yuzu based dressing. We took our udon course home for a midnight snack and dessert topped the evening off with perfection. The smores cheesecake was silky and decadent and the Dave's Green Tea ice cream stole my husband's heart. This was by far the best meal we've had service and product wise. Thank you thank you thank you!

Wow wow wow incredible! The atmosphere is nice and casual, with lots of locals eating there. Our server, Andy, was so knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered the wagyu sampler and were blown away. You've never had beef this good in your life, trust me.

The best wagyu and service! Dishes came out one at a time so I didn’t feel rushed to eat them all at once

Everything was excellent in my opinion. My wife & our extended family enjoyed the food. I needed her to experience tabletop grilling, Japanese style for the first time, at the best quality establishment I could find online. We cook at home this style a lot. We are always too busy working to go out and usually can't afford to. So I planned this night a few months ago for our anniversary & it was fun. Thanks again to all the staff. We work in foodservice & know how difficult it is to be consistent. Hopefully next year when we go back to Oahu we can eat there again. You guys are killing it!

This restaurant was amazing!! We went for my husband's birthday as a special treat. We opted for the wagyu set menu and added the wagyu fried rice. Everything was amazing. I think if we were to return we would skip eating most of the appetizers and rice because we got so full by the time we were eating the main course of the meats. The meat was probably the best wagyu we have ever tried. I don't usually enjoy rib eye but this rib eye melted in my mouth. We also go the tounge and usually this has a rubbery texture, but this tounge was not rubbery at all. The fried rice was so delicious but again I think in the future better to save space for the meat. We were too full for the noodles and ended up taking the s'mores cheesecake to go. The cheesecake was great, not to sweet and really enjoyable.
