Terrible service. I was the only customer waiting for my order. A male staff who made my drink didn’t call out a name. Why do they ask a customer name for the order then? It seems that the order item and my name show up on their screen. But he didn’t call me nor even look at me. He just put it in a refrigerator and told nobody. I wasn’t sure if that was mine at that moment and waited for a long time. When I asked about my drink to another staff, then that guy said he put it in the refrigerator. Absolutely rude. Unpleasant experience.
