I got an acai bowl!!!!
I went on November 2nd around 8:20. I ordered an acai primo and when I received it I realized there was no strawberries. I went back in and asked if they forgot to add them or if I got the wrong order, and the cashier told me I did not order them. At this point I gestured towards their menu which states all the ingredients they are supposed to add, and look it states there are strawberries, blueberries and bananas. After pointing it out they still state that I did not include it in my purchase, and when I asked why their menu says there are strawberries, the cashier just states the same thing again.

I tried to redeem my reward and worker is not helpful at all when my reward is not in the system. I only can redeem it by placed order online. Not friendly and not the environment I like at Jamba Juice. July 24 4:30pm
Busy when i got there, friendy staff, 4 stars cause my cold buster wasnt blended well, hard to suck it through the straw! :(
