Went to this location and so dissapointing when you get home with an incorrect order. I waited in drive thru line for at least 5 minutes with only 1 car infront of me and almost another 10 minutes at the window. By the time I got my order my milkshake was halfway melted..my #14 and tacos were correct but I ordered 50/50 popcorn chicken and it was all dried up meatless spicy chicken when my order was correct on the screen... I had to ask for dipping sauces 3 times...lady was so flustered, look like she needed a break
shoutout to the aunty who works overnight drive thru she always serves with a smile and works hard
we stop by here but only is serving to the drive-thru or take out NO bathroom and mess around inside like floors were dusty and dirty glass door's
I can't even believe I have to give it ANY stars to write my review! I went to this Jack in the box last night. I got in a line about 9:55pm. Got to the speaker to take my order about 10:20pm and while my spouse was making our order, the lady taking our order seemed like she was rushing us, when the order was completed, she was asking us if there was anything else we wanted and then we heard another lady through the speaker yell at her "No!!! That's enough!"Didn't think nothing of it, maybe she was overfilling a soda while taking our order.... When we finally got to the window to pay and pick up our order it was 10:55pm the lady making the drinks was speaking in Filipino not realizing I understand it. She was complaining about our order (4 meals) and why the other lady was asking us if we wanted anything more causing them to work more. Said that we were "HER people " (her meaning the other lady), complaining about our order and kept on going.. I know the business's are troubled right now, I mean we are in a pandemic that is causing staff shortage BUT THEN after we left the drive through so the other millions of people could get through to their food after waiting over an hour, She didn't even give us our right order. We were missing a large fries and a burger.....She was to busy complaining about people and working that she didn't even give us everything we paid for with no discounts applied along with waiting over 1 whole hour. I didn't even want to go back at that point, I just finished working a 12 hour day and wanted to just go home. Looks like there is good reviews otherwise, maybe don't go there at night.

More consistent than some of the other locations with take out orders. Lunch time is really busy and drive thru can be a mess. Helpful hint is to mobile order and walk in. Staff if friendly enough and they haven't been out of food options given the pandemic has caused shortages but maybe because I was there at the right times.
Drive thru was swamped so decided to go inside. Workers seemed undermaned BUT crew was cheerful and polite just working thru it. Best 2 tacos and #23 I ever had. Kudos
If you like hair cooked into your patty, cold fries, burnt churros. and non-existent customer service this is your place.
Love the shakes, perfect food for shamlessly pigging out in front of a tv.
