complaining is not really my thing especially with fast food, but, My chicken sandwich was completely inedible… the chicken patty was so hard it was practically a hockey puck and it was the only thing I ordered And couldn’t even eat it…. I ordered around 11pm, given, but is it that hard to reheat food? I’m sorry but really.. it’s kinda ridiculous..
Saturday evening April 9th, 5:30 pm. I ordered curly fries, a breakfast Jack and a bottle of water. When I got home I took a couple of bites of the breakfast jack without looking at it... didn't taste exactly right so I finally looked at it and it was disgusting. It looked like it was 2 or 3 days old and the bun had green mold on it on the inside. The egg and ham were barely recognizable.. I tried to call Jack in the Box twice and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I gave them a chance to learn about what happened but if they won't even answer the phone, a bad review is what they get.
Munchy meal box is the best deal in my opinion. 2 tacos curly fries and regular. And you're choice of sandwich option
Usually I have no problems but today was not one of them. The food was subpar. The bread was hard on one burger and grilled cheese, which wasn't what I ordered. The fries were soggy and tasted like they were reheated in a microwave. The bub on my sourdough jack was soft like it was sitting under a warmer for a long time allowing the Ketchup to soak thru.
Too bad the staff was more interested in looking at their cell phones than they are in taking customer orders. At least there is panda express here I can eat at instead.
Food is good, and I've never had an issue with spoiled food, but there was mold on my buns today.
Under construction. Mustard packets had to have been 50 years old to be that color and that dry. Chicken sandwich and curly fries were good. No tea. Only canned soda (coke, diet coke, sprite). I'd only return if the construction was complete or nothing else was open.
Gotta give them props. They are a litlle overwhelmed with some of the other eateries closed due to STUPID NAVY WATER CONTAMINATION. They hanging in there though. Only have canned drinks available.
This has been my go to Jacks for years! But lately it has really really really gone downhill. They never can get the order correct, ever. You are either missing items or have to in detail explain what you want. Today I tried ordering a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The person could not understand that I didn’t want the meal, just the sandwich and fries. She charged me for the meal, but I was not given a drink??? I also ordered a southwest chicken salad. I was given ranch dressing and croutons, no southwest dressing or crispy bits. Plus, there were hairs in my salad. Of course, I’d eaten half by the time I saw them so felt sick after. Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten such bad service. I guess I’ll be going to another location from now on. Sad
Most definitely the most disappointed fast food restaurant I order number 1 and it's was nothing as close to the picture sorry ? for the money it's not worth it to me hopefully someone will take this into consideration to get better
