Food is great but still closed to pedestrians who choose to walk I was rejected at the lock door I tried to order through the drive-thru squatted down and everything but was told I could not place an order without owning a vehicle so I patiently waited for a very kind gentleman to not mind making the purchase for me and accepting my cash which luckily I had on me but one thing's for sure if I had went in as a patron I would have spent a lot more money because the sourdough Jacks are like 10 bucks but I had to go with the breakfast one I also needed to feed a homeless man I would have liked to fed him better
Serious?? for picking up Uber eats order, They told me to stand in drive through line which could cost half hour
Not as expensive as everyone says Hawaiian is. JIB was the same price ad on the main land for other fast food.
The service was fast. I always go to jack in the box because where I’m from there are no jack in the boxes. If you never have tried jack in the box you should. I personally go there for the tacos and Jalapeño poppers.
Stopped by the drive thru for a beverage and it was a difficult process due the communication barrier. We eventually got our drink but stressful nonetheless.
Worst service ever. Girl at the window had no people skills, no class, just straight ghetto. They charged me for multiple things and didn't get them. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me here and to top it off when I call they answer n hang up. Worst service I have ever experienced period. If you wanna get ripped off go to kapahulu jack in the box guarantee they will let you down. I had to take the loss at this location 3 times with money and i never got reimbursed or taken care. This is unacceptable
The curly fries and the tiny taco were cooked in burned grease and they tasted like burned grease, they gave us no sauce for and keep in mind we order over 80 dollars in food
I went at 11:15pm and the drive thru line was loooong..
Quick service but my god the food is not good. I mean maybe I had my expectations a little too high but this is like a wee better then a McDonald's for a considerable amount of more money
Order was hard to be understood, wouldn't let us use the restrooms even as paying customers. Sad
