Super slow service! Wait 45 mins for my order.
Service is very lacking at this location.Ignored when we first entered.Didn't greet us, or apologize for making us wait, nor thank us for the business. Most likely never to return here.

Jack in the Box needs to relook at the related online ordering apps, Ordered item thru, Doordash went to pick it up, Timeline 27 Jan 22, on or about 11pm. But when I got to fast food joint, the customer service representative (CSR) at Jack in the Box said they did not have the order. The line was long, and the wait was long, I got out of the line of cars, thinking I may have ordered through another store on N King Street, I plugged in the address and It took me back to the same store. When I got and drove up to the ordering station the CSR say that they had the order. When I got the food I ask the CSR why didn't they have the order, they said it was not in there system any where, although I place the order about 10mins before I got to the store. Then the CSR, had no apology for the inconvenience.
