Ruined my night! I was all excited to get a chocolate milkshake. I was training for months and I could finally squeeze in a cheat day. Got my order and it was vanilla with chocolate swirl's. Had them remake it three times to only get the swirls mixed in better. It was still vanilla with nowhere near enough chocolate. Waste my time and my night. This location has always sucked since the 90s, weeeeeak!!!
My daughter and I walked in and ordered our food. We got home and realized the cheesecake we ordered and paid for was not in the bag. I tried calling 3 times and the phone just rang and rang. No way to let them know. And btw...there was nobody else there. So why didn't they answer the phone?
Just spent 20 minutes waiting for someone in the drive through to take my order, then 15 minutes to get my order. When I got to the window they didn't know which order was mine. Food is cold. The location up the road at Kalakaua is much better. Never going to this location again.
I never go to Jack in the Box any more. The couple of times I ate their food it made me ill. I have a very sensitive digestive system.
This place is terrible with the order tonight, you best off, going thru the drive thru if thar help, they too a long time to acknowledge people at the counter,could not pay attention to detail on orders has to remake food.
I remember back in college . jack in the box was a go to for all my meals.. as a matter of fact that's all I could afford... That was 25 years ago. The value menu is long gone and the menu prices are sky high. Had it today for the first time in years and I know why... quality is down ... prices up
I'm finding I like Jack in the box more and more.. get the Portuguese platter ask for hot sauce the rice is perfect.. and the spam wonderful
I gave a 3 star rating because I could not tell if the place was open because all the lights were out and chairs were on the table. I had to do a drive around through the drive thru and saw the light on in the window so went back around to place order but by then 3 cars were in front of me. I went to get breakfast for my mother so I had to buy it otherwise I would have just left. Can you make it more obvious you are open like an OPEN sign. I don't eat fast food so this was not the norm for me. Not everyone knows what FF restaurant is open.
Wanted to use this coupon but got charged the regular price by mistake due to an employee forgetting to input the required code. I also noticed that I had been upcharged for curly fries when I had ordered regular fries. Spoke with the manager immediately after upon looking at my receipt and he casually states that I can use the coupon next time instead of making the correction. Still went home with the order but will not be coming back to this location.
drive thru orders was accurate and I went during an off hour so the line was short. it does get busy and with the location the lin can back up into the streets. lots of homeless nearby. the rating is because of the location and not about the service food or staff. location is very convenient though for me.
